I want to know 'by which power of constitution how SC can pass this judgement'.. Article ko amendment to parliament kar sakta hai.. Judicial review bhi to Fundamental right ke violation par hi kar ke law ko change ya struck down kar skta hai SC.. Ese kese existing constitution article ko SC change kar skta hai..?.. I mean to judgment SC ne diya hai wo power SC ko kis Article se mili hai .. yaha to Article 124 bhi use nahi hua .. Please make video...
