नये 3 criminal laws बेकार है लागू नही होने चाहिए police को ज्यादा ताकते दी गई है police की गुंडागर्दी को बढ़ावा दिया गया है police जनता का ज्यादा से ज्यादा शोषण करेगी किसी को न्याय नहीं मिलेगा विरोध करें ज्यादा से ज्यादा जनता का शोषण करने वाले है 3 नये कानून | 🔴🔴🔴।।।।।

अगर यह कानून लागू करना है। तो पुलिस की नौकरी 3 साल का ही होना चाहिए ताकि जनता का शोषण न करें।

अदालत मे , थाना मे स्टेशनरी तो रहती नही, सब जनता से मंगवाई जाती है, अब तो सारा खर्च जनता को करना होगा

Nambring badla gya hai yah sahi nhi hai Aur पुलीस के खिलाफ शिकायत नहीं करना यह भी ग़लत है

Jis section ki jatur nahi thi usko hata dete number change karne se advocate or law students ko kafi dikkat hone vali hai

Without proper training and infrastructure upgradation, Implementation will be too earlier..

1) Court ka koi v order copy, judgement copy ko within two days online de dene ka prowdhan hone chahiye. 2) Different cases ka court fees kitna hai, online uplabdh hona chahiye. 3) Lawyers ka fees different cases me minimum fees kya hona chahiye, online uplabdh hona chahiye. 4) chote chote cases aam public khud se kaise fight kare...without any lawyer... Iske liye 6 Month ka certificate course uplabdh hone se public ko bahut rahat milegi. Q ki court me koi v case file karne me aam aadmi ki maximum income kharch ho jata hai. Jis karan aam aadmi apradh ko bardast kar lete hai lekin court jana nahi chahte. 5) Nayay wayewasta sahaj, paresani mukt, low economic burden wala hona chahiye. Taki savi log aaseni se court ke pass judgment ke liye jaa sake. 6) Jo lawyer public ko ulta pulta samjhakar paisa lutne ke liye wrong case file karte hai... Waise lawyer ko kathor punishment milna chahiye. Harrased wayakti ko muwabja milna chahiye. 7) Agar possible ho to chote mote complain ka Nayay on the spot ho... Iska prowdhan ho. Mobile Judgement system chalu ho.

Both old and new Criminal Laws will create many difficulties and confusion as appeals will be decided by old laws which can take 10 to 15 years in their final decision. On new cases, new laws will apply. Judges, advocates and other allied persons have to cram the contents of these both laws simultaneously and minutely otherwise proper presentation by advocates, and fair and balanced judgement by judges is jeopardized.

There are so many loopholes in new laws, which are creating confusions among law students and lawyers,it seems that PJB is just wants bring their name in history, they don't think that what kinds of laws should be implemented in society and which kind of effect will be of those laws, first of all atleast they should have discussed those laws with great experts of laws, In nutshell words these laws should not be implemented without discussion...

I think court has said Advocates cant be forced to participate on a petition by some Advocates.

New law should not be implemented as it gives more power to police,creates confusion for lawyer,students and judges, how old law and new law go simultaneously, it creates a huge huge chaos in judiciary system and ultimately citizens suffer

The present change in law dealing with IPC,criminal procedure codes,evidence act will create in deciding pending criminal appealed,pending,criminal appeals,pending criminal trials,pending criminal investigations, as implementation of new amended law dealing with IPC,criminal procedure code and evidence act can only be implemented on passing judgement on pending criminal cases in Indian courts which are more than 5 crores, secondly it is necessary to find out whether any section of amended IPC,criminal procedure code , evidence act is violative of any article of constitution dealing with fundamental rights,recruitment and elevation of advocated practicing at session courts, High courts and supreme court,because such kind of violation of fundamental right by amended law will further pendency of criminal cases in India and extra financial burden on National exchequer and also affect innocent people famed under new amended law and ultimately citizens of country will loose faith and confidence in justice delivery system, inkalab jindabad, long live revolution, down with capitalism, Hindustan socialist Republican Army, with kind regards.

There is no need to change the entire criminal laws, as these 3 laws form the bases of criminal law in India, it is understandable that there is a need to change according to our changing society by amending to it adding section to it, but the government why change the entire law? Like the Constitution of India also needs change but it does not mean s to change or replace the entire Constitution of India By view as a law student 2nd year BALLB
