जो काम कोर्ट का है उसे वकील करते हैं। जजों को सम्बोधित केसों में न्यायिक जानकारी नहीं होती है। उल्टे वे पीड़ित से और वकीलों से न्याय से सम्बंधित कानून की जानकारी मांगते हैं। मैंने स्वयं यह अनुभव किया है। इससे भारत के कोर्टो में सही न्याय नहीं मिल रहा है। सरकार देखे कि क्या यह सही है? यह जजों की अयोग्यता क्यों नहीं है? जजों का यह हाल है तो इसे कौन देखेगा?

BCI should also share the inspection of Fee collected from the law college with state bar council. BCI is complying with the Madars high court direction but not complying with the kerala high court direct to collect only Rs.750/- as an enrollment fee.
