C. Mk V has the highest weak spot DPS amongst all the auto gun types around 3,2k surpassing the infantry MK1-S 2,8k weaksot dps. It shines well with any weak spot build, especially on a vet with a full weak spot build. It's a crazy weapon. I can't wait to try it out on a GunPsyker...

it's entirely too good for how much ammo it has and how easy to control the smg archetype really shouldn't be outdpsing the heavy AR archetype

Enjoying the cracked gameplay as always my gamers.

This is such a fun gun. It's also great with stealth Zelot who gets a lot of movement speed bonuses to close the distance. It's only downside is far less ammo efficient than this build.

36:39 Columnus dmg drop off starts at 8 meters. A great choice for up close psyker or VoC vet.

I've been running it on my zealot and vet. The zealot because people don't take ranged out like they should and I also am tired of using the revolver

Is the recoil being too light an issue due to dead shot? Oh wait, this is the psyker... Carry on. I think if they increased the ads recoil id be ok too. I really like the fact that it can be used like a braced autogun too.

I don't necessarily disagree, it's overtuned atm and is way, way too easy to control when going full auto I'll occasionally feel the dropoff and lack of pen but it's a bit silly atm really hoping for another recoil rework soon

​​@@telopotsCan't have good recoil patterns in games that want to care about controller players unfortunately. Or at least it's very rare. It's why CoD and every CoD clone has almost 0 vertical recoil.

​​​​@@telopotsmaybe it's noticeable on the agri(I haven't used it at all). But it certainly doesn't make the columnus hard enough to control. Though tbf this is the game with recon lasguns that don't even know what recoil is.

@@SuperCatacata controller aim and it's consequences have been a disaster for the gamer race. That said, vertical recoil is easy to manage, it's horizontal recoil and cone of fire bloom that's always the killer, because you kinda can't do anything about it. To this day I still say that Planetside 2 has the most in depth and engaging recoil system for its guns I've seen yet, since it separates it out into all the different mechanics.

I really dont get their design philosophy. I dont wanna backseat game dev but its like whats the inherit downside to assail? brain burst has cast time and peril cost, smite is low range/dmg, but assail has dmg/stagger/range. Its like they jusify the low peril cost by having a "limited" amount but they regen so quick so who cares. nice gameplay tho
