So a new heater core and Ac ( witch u have already )a few window regulators and a good paint and body job and ghost is back. Just like that. At the end of the day, you will be happy you did because of the history you have with the car already, bro. I made the same mistake with my 79 caddy coup 😢 can't tell you how many times I kick myself in the ass about not keeping it. So don't be me, bro ! It's cheaper to keep her. Keep it, fix it. I rolled my white 96 CV til 2011. Until a head on collision with a Yukon crunched the left front corner. It was funny AF. The SUV flipped over and was totaled. My Vic stayed running the whole time, I had to pull over to the side and turn off the ignition, then run and check on the passengers of the Yukon. I should have kept mine and fixed it, but I sold it to a body shop.

I'm currently driving a 2011 CV LX with 2 Hifonics American Warrior (Taurus x & Centurion X) amps and a Coustic Power Logic HT-612 in a BP4 enclosure.

A while back a said to get rid of ghosts and all the small headaches, but now i have a change of heart because it still has potential. I dont believe in crushing cars unless they are rust buckets. Project cars and working is hard to keep up and on top of that still spend time with the wife and kids. Bro you sound mentally defeated a little bit and if your heart not in it the motivation won't be there to give it the TLC it needs.

True. Not really mentally defeated more of just tryna figure it out bro. I mean the car has a lot of sentimental value but I’m just at the point where it’s. Should I cut my loses and get another one or thug it out with this one. The issues it has isn’t bad but it’s just a lot of them. I’ll promise start getting more parts for it and start putting them on. It’ll be a slow process but any motion is better than no motion 💪🏾

Find a nice vic shell at da junkyard or marketplace. N swap it out . While you got the motor out replace timing chains. If you know a good mechanic it should run you about 1000 to swap it out. ( Not a shop) they gonna tax you

Well from the sounds of things your "heart" might not be into rebuilding it as a car to drive. There are many many many cars out there that are in good conditions that need zero body work that would be street legal. You can go on the hunt for a car you can build for real.

Bro it depends on how loud you tryna be. How much you have to spend. What it’s going in and what box. I’m not just gonna recommend a subwoofer and you decide to get it and it’s not in the proper box or under powered or over powered. Then if it blows you say I told you to get it 🤷🏾‍♂️. How many watts you tryna run to it? What’s your setup?
