I like how the blade is centered

After years of wanting this I finally pulled the trigger today. This hands down I feel is the best looking of all the otf knifes and I know the high end quality is a given with benchmark. My other auto is a micotech folder and I love it and microtech as well. It was not a hard decision even though it kinda was between the 2 but the looks sold me.

Beautiful knife...will add soon to my collection.

Man that’s a very nice knife, I want an OTF and I’m thinking of getting one of these. I love the g10 on the Autocrat and I love the beautiful blue hardware!

You forgot about the Benchmade Shootout OTF.

I was thinking really hard about getting a mini infidel. But then I saw this teased on KZread and as soon as I saw the deployment of the blade I knew I was going to get this instead 😂 it's going to be a battle between this and my infidel as far as what is going to get carried more!

I've got a infidel and I dont like that I can flex the blade. Just seems flimsy. I'm kinda disappointed given the price of those things

Cries in Canada Knife laws.

How does this $473 knife compare to a $55 Smith and Wesson?

Hoping Benchmade will offer this knife in single edge too.

I just started collecting last week, and a ultratech was my first cause of 279 vs 400 difference but I will be getting whatever catches my eyes

What is the best premium steet knives like m390?

i just bought this knife and it’s part # is 15 do you think that adds any value to it?

I love the double edge dagger style but not crazy about the chisel grind. I have an Infidel and find it can be tough to sharpen. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There's lots of options! Check out the Ultratech series from Microtech, UTX-85, or if you want to stick with Benchmade, check out the Phaeton!

KnifeHub I’ve had the phaeton for over a year. Perfect OTF! More comfortable button than the microtec in my opinion.

Def check out the benchmade phaeton. A bit thinner and smaller overall, but not tiny by any definition. The phaeton has become my edc recently and I couldn’t be happier with it.

*Every time he says OTF (Out The Front) my dirty mind hears DTF (Down To Fuck).*

U can't take a pies in New York with out permission

It looks cool but doesn’t seem to have any advantage over a microtech due to the location of the actuating slide where the infidel etc do have an advantage with the better slide system

It's a Benchmade, I'd consider that an advantage. Microtech has dozens of iterations of their otfs, so this knife is sure to either hold its value over time or even increase in value depending on how many are produced.

We can't buy these in the UK, I wouldn't mind but I'm not an idiot that would go carrying it around in public but our system tars us all with the same brush

If u are good with the quality of these knifes then check out microtech u will be shocked with the quality of there otfs

Benchmade OTF’s are so plain and simple in design. Nothing pops out...why spend 4 bills on an otf that looks like a cheap knockoff when you can spend the same amount on a Microtech? Better steel and design. Robust, commanding, overall quality baddassery. I myself own a Troodon with a hellhound blade. Nuff said.

Sick knives. Just not a fan of the blue. Too reminiscent of the blue line authoritarian thugs. Ymmv

You take too long to start your review and detract from with other new knives. A review of the autocrat should be just of the autocrat
