Love how you showed the subs stats and ratings during unboxing great content thanks.

Both are very competitive subwoofers but all around the Audiopipe has more bass qualities in my opinion just a beast all around.

I do love my Skar! My Skar VXF 12 D2 was double boxed with that foam used as well. My VXF weighs 47lbs! And dang its nice!!!!!!!

Am rocking the new SVR-15 With audiopipe 1500 amp very satisfied with this combo, i wanted the txx bdc4-15 because it thrives at lower hz wich was my main goal but ap more expensive then skar svr15.

That audiopipe is a sexy sub!! I currently have a Sundown SA-12 v2 & I've been thinking about picking up an audiopipe to switch things up for a bit. I have to say, the AP is much better looking! The only concern with the AP sub, is the coils.

Skard 4 life! I got 2 svr 8s, 2 ohm, on a 1200.1D amp. It has all mirrors moving, great bass. They sounded like crap at first but, I realized, I had to turn off factory amp to rear speakers then, it was great.

What's up BB.just got to thank you again whent back to WACH this video I ended up getting 4 of the15inch YOU COULDA WAENED ME THAT they was gona DESTROY THE INSIDE OF MY TRUCK !!!! THE BDC4 IS AMAZING..

No doubt, Audiopipe has upped thier game! Those are some THICK boys, sporting a quad-stack motor structure and 3" vc

Just hooked up my SVR12 with the prefab ported skar box, thing is decent for sure Edit: I wired the 4ohm to 2 though 💪🏽💪🏽

I'm glad I came across your channel. I appreciate what you do. I'm in the process of upgrading subs and I'm bout ready to flip out. I was thinking about Skar EVL 12s but I heard the company treats the custos like trash... plus I have never bought budget subs... I would always buy brands like JL, RF, Alpine, etc... that's b4 I knew bout all the other companies. So now I'm trippin trying to figure out what to put in my 2017 Silverado 1500 Crew cab w/ factory Bose... I have the rear seats raised 3" to accommodate a larger enclosure cuz ain't shit fit in there b4. Any suggestions... I'm in Dallas TX trying to find help with fabbin a Box once I get everything lined up

I'm sure you already did your build, but I just saw a video with 4 6.5" subs in back of a pickup & I'm in love. I have a 2014 Titan & would love this for my application. I came across BBH's video because I'm looking for a comparison of the 6.5 Skar vs the 6.5 Ap. Not many people compare the tiny subs on here.

Caesarsoundz Car Audio I just got my 4 deafbounce machete 15s wall build done Now I got to make custom door panels I’m doing a whole northern log cabin vibe the front of the wall is going to be wrapped with Wolf fur and The new door panels are going to be sanded and varnished pine on top of an MDF panels with door pods for four speakers in eachdoor thats my build

Should've ran the skar ddx 12 thats a closer comparison to the TXX price point and power ratings

Def prefer oversized push terminals. I like the looks of the audiopipe cone. The skar looks pretty nice overall. I've never owned either brand of sub. I'm prbly going to purchase the svr and give skar a chance. the bdc4 looks like it would have 30mm xmax not 15mm its a shame.

I like the stiffness of the audiopipe Not so must how loose the skar Is I have two of the AP’s in a prefab 3rd row sub box it sound good but I know I need to remove the back seat and thrown my twins in a custom box

I have two skar svr 12s in the skar SK2X12V box. That box on there site says it can work for all of there subs. I want to get those audio pipes and put them in that same box. I know that making a custom box would be best but if I get the Audio pipe would it preform good in that skar box? Skars higher subs are bigger with more power and people use that box with them so I just want to know.

What about that American bass XR12 it’s in the same league right ? But skar ZVX 12 would win

I wanna see 1 on the rockville k9s and the k6 subs

I would think the Skar zvx would be a more compatible match up to a bDc4. I’d match a scr to a bdc2. And a evl to bdc3

So im changing from a pair of the sundown Sa 10's " which I had to say has been the best subs I've ever had they have lasted for over four and a half years before needing reconing." But I'm trying out a pair of the Audiopipe TXX BDC4- 10's . I know the Sa' s r a quite a bit more expensive. But do you think the audiopipe will perform with the Sundowns

I know the audio pipe and subs of this nature are more aimed at SPL but I'm the type that likes SPL and SQ at the same time. I just replaced some nko12's due to it smoking a lead multiple times and not being repairable and them being out of business. They were good but they were great in a sealed enclosure. I replaced them with some Rockford p3's and I noticed right away the response of the Rockford's vs the dark audios . So to get to my question, what would I be looking for in a sub that's going to tell me it will be accurate but able to have that ability to drive the low end through my chest. I prefer the response of a just oversized sealed enclosure vs a vented setup.

Do you not find with a single 18 the need for a mid range sub to tie between the 18" bass and the low end of the speakers in your car?

@@kramnull8962 Of course there is a need for speakers in the vehicle that cover the frequency range we hear. Just running the one sub to fill in the low end with a factory speaker system. It's all in a company vehicle that I do not own, anything I add has to be pretty uninvasive to the vehicles long term value and resale. I understand that most people won't get what I'm doing.. listening to a wide range of music in a company vehicle every day is fine.. I just like a little low end with it.

Wolfram Ag 12 vs skar evl 12. They both have about the same ratings but the prices are much different. I have two wolfram Ag 12s on the wolfram 2400 @.5 and they’re begging for more.

That's because the ap is rated for 300 rms more than the skar thats a big difference

Match it up with a sundown I bet the windown 12 is up there wit it if not better.

Push terminals. But audio. PIP did that to be different and separate themselves from the compitition

What did you wire them to? If one is wired lower than the other, then the amp is probably pushing more power into the lower one, making it an unfair comparison.

Obviously it handles over 400 more watts than the skar, not only that look at the fat ass magnet .... not an even match

The movement of the Skar subwoofer is a bit more even

I think it makes no difference. Proper boxes is what is going to make one better than the other. But the audiopipe will move more air I believe it has more xmax plus better power handling I'd say It's worth the extra money

The wobble you see has nothing to do with the sub it is the camera csnt record fast enough from. Side to side so u see a wobble if a sub wobbled like that it would hit the pole on the coil and blow, the camera records show hat is closest first then further second so this is why u see a wobble

Because audio pipe have a higher surround it’s more capable to move more air then the skar but the way the skar move it looks like you would get more quake then the audio pipe so I don’t know . So I say skar for me
