Cancer and dementia caused by onions 😅, what about the spraying of the skies and crops, and all the food additives, vaxines, alcohol, drugs (prescribed or unlawful.) Do a video on the geoengineering skies spraying, crops being sprayed (including onions ). etc etc.

I don't know about other people, but I love my sliced or chop raw onions. I'm 90 years old in a few months I will be 91 with GOD'S WILL. When I was about 6 or 7 years old I would eat onions as I would eat an apple. I think I am pretty healthy. When younger my husband and I would eat onions and when we would kiss, we would call them onion kisses. MAY GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU. ORA

I live for raw onions and garlic. I also think they are such a strong benefit to our bodies. I'm mid 60's, Child of the 70's in my teens. We all smoked, drank, and just partied. Finished out night of "crusin", with a Jumbo Jack with cheese, the straight to the all night donut shop for glazed yummies. Thinking back, a miracle we're still alive! Living in NorCal, I discovered Mexican food. 1976. BEST thing ever! Maybe while at 64 years, I still focus on that. Last year, put in a batch of mixed peppers. If you're aging like myself. Peppers and onions, (raw, like in salsa if you can digest them) best thing ever for your blood. : )

If you want to waste your time on the video, at least change the playback speed to 2X and turn on CC, or skip to summary that begins at 13:55, but doesn't include everything. Otherwise, just read my summary notes and save your time. According to the video: Good ways to consume onions: paired with meat (chew well), drink fermented as onion wine or with vinegar, and paired with whole grains such as rice or whole grain bread.. Bad ways: onion juice (never heard of it), with honey (might be in some salad dressings}, or deep fried, such as onion rings.(Light frying is ok, but not "over frying".) Health tips: lightly fry in olive oil (or butter. Avoid video recommendation of seed oils such as canola), and let onions sit for 15 minutes after cutting before cooking them,

Transfats do not magically come from cooking onions. Saute , then caramelize them in butter or bacon fat. They will be delicious and healthy. If you are eating low carb, layer cheddar cheese, then onions, then cheddar on parchment on a baking sheet at 350F for 25 min. You can even mix the cheddar with crushed pork rinds for extra crunch. Yum. Low carb, healtht fats, delucious onions. (Strongly recommend editing out the 10 to 12 minutes of totally wasted time in the video. I finally skipped to the end to find out the point.)

Onions foul up my system and makes my stool slow down dramatically and into to a nest of mud snakes, gotta have a bidet nearby to clean up the pasty mess. I am not the only one that suffers from onion poisoning, the ayurveda people avoid them like the plague. Last but not least, when I eat onions I have terrible onion gas for at least 24 hours that smells actually like french onion soup.
