In the video tutorial we will be covering how to plank. The front plank exercise is a great anti-extension drill when done correctly. FitnessFAQs will be teaching how to plank for beginners, covering the 10 most common mistakes. It is important to stop doing and never do planks with poor form. The best way to do a plank is with an engaged core, tight legs, tucked neck position, deep breathing and elbows aligned forwards. I'm sure the following changes will make your plank workouts much more effective. Those looking to do their abs workout properly should pay close attention to the video.

I have seen people in other youtube videos and even fitness trainers that it is ok to flare elbows and keep forearms together makes the plank easier and prevents lower back from arching excessively plus keeping your feet together instead of far width.
