Great information.I have worked in MLM. I realize that in my wiser years,it irritates me that most of the people recruiting are not successful but are trying to sell you on the success of the business. Also, I would definitely disagree with the statement of that you have to be good to make money on a job to get elevation. I have seen the opposite to often. Outside of sales, which is trackable and tangible, I notice on a job the ones who mess up move up.

What network marketing companies WON'T tell you if you decide to join is that in order for you to become successful in that industry, is for you to build a "Personal Brand" by creating content consistently around whatever you're selling and position yourself as the "Go To Authority" in your niche.

I teach people to build a personal brand, but you don't have to build around what you're selling … I think It depends on who you join and what they teach you

@@RuntheplayMost uplines aren't giving away the game of how to really get signups & sales. You have to "stand out" from the competition by differentiating yourself. The replicated website the network marketing company gives folks isn't enough. You have to have you're own customizable sales funnel, a free give away (ebook or video, etc), email autoresponder, and a content marketing strategy for all the top social media platforms.

I still in MLM I have been for years, the hardest in networking marketing is the structure and prospecting, now days they have better ways of sharing the product not within the mlm company but outside using different methods of reaching interested ones. This is a good interview

Good interview. I’m not doing MLM, but he is smart and his logic of how to discover what’s best for you is in point. I bet he can take all of that to any industry and be great.

Most companies face legal issues. Even Apple and Google. Doesn’t mean they’re scams. My advice: work with a network marketing company that is traded on the NYSE. They’ve been vetted.

@@motivationalnetwork7421 You're right. Conglomerates and the like face legal issues, but their employees are paid. Can you truly say that over 90% of the employees at Apple, Amazon, Disney or Microsoft earn next to nothing or even lose money?

Only about 25% of people in NM make a profit, with the majority not making a livable income. For most people, investing in a NM opportunity is counterproductive to financial stability imo. NMs typically don’t sell a product as much as they sell a dream of financial freedom. As a result, NM has more aspiring business owners than actual customers. It’s just not sustainable. I think the biggest issue with NM is that the products typically aren’t strong enough to carry the entrepreneurial side of the business. Instead of profiting from actual consumers of the products, the people at the top (who typically got in early) end up getting rich off the people who are buying products as inventory for their own business. Then these people are basically left holding the bag when their inventory doesn’t sell. I don’t think all NM companies are a scam but there needs to be more emphasis on selling to actual consumers instead of aspiring business owners for it the be sustainable imo.

Please stop pulling numbers out your...... Where are you pulling this data that 25% of people who are involved in network marketing are successful? That is bullcrap. 1% of people participating in network marketing are successful. That is a quote from the SBA, AARP, and the ftc. That is called sourcing. The 25% figure which you tried to quote speaks to the number of people that turn a profit, that does not equate with being successful you can have a profit of $10 that does not make you successful. Stop making statements without the benefit of providing empirical data to support it

Great perspective! If recruiting "people" pays you more than the "product", it is a pyramid scheme. I have yet to find a product that people couldn't get in the open market for cheaper.

I believe network marketing is really good if you treat it like a business, let’s assume you’re a boss how would you treat your employees and focusing on being on your own race , don’t just go to the company and start competing with someone who have been at it for 4 years I mean you’re a beginner, get the skills, understand the skill , implement the skill and enjoy the journey, and try and make it better than how you found it …By focusing on your own Race !!! Journey..This was a very insightful Interview Thank You All Great Men 🫡GOD continue to Bless You All And Your Generations to come ❤️✌🏾

When I first learned about NM alot of people kept saying this, only the people at the top win. I always thought the saying odd. Then I joined a NM company which I am definitely not an expert at. It's the same company Justin is in now. Yes, the people at the top are winning, but these people didn't just get up one day and jumped to the top. These people work their way to the top. Did they lose some money along the way. I am sure they did. Was it easy for them; I am sure it was not. It's an investment. It's a business. If you do decide to build a business you will definitely lose some money along the way. Not if or but, or maybe. You will lose. As I said earlier I am no expert. I don't have a NM success story, but I have learned some things. I love the company's products but the passion to build a NM company by just inviting people to a call is not there for me. For me, that's not impact. I love impacting people. I think it came from being a teacher for 13 years. I have a passion for anything business, finance etc.. I can talk about it all day. After being introduced to this company, it pushed me to seek ways to build it solely online from the comfort of my home. A light just went on in my head. I learned so many things outside of the company and from some of the leaders in the company. I developed so many skills online. I am extremely new to the online space, but I find value in just sharing my knowledge on finance. I think sometimes we get caught up in what we lost, and how much we failed fail that we miss out on really thinking about what we learned along the way. This is just a small island Caribbean girl sharing her thoughts.
