I tried..super recipe,came out very tasty

One small suggestion, aluminum reacts with acids giving poisonous salts. Gooseberry and vinegar contain acid. Hence avoid using aluminum vessel , instead you can use earthenware, especially to prepare pickles. Recipe is excellent.
