I saw him in St Louis a week before he announced he was retiring. Such an amazing concert.

I bumped into Neil at reception in London in 1996. I had a few minutes chat with him and you would think you were talking to a factory worker down the pub as he had no airs and graces whatsoever. An incredible singer and by all accounts a fantastic human being.

I have had the opportunity to see him perform live at the Scotia Bank theatre in Toronto, Canada, before his illness took him. It was totally amazing and his zest for performance was limitless. He was passionate and his singing, was for the ages. I cannot see any singer with his passion at his age to be singing song with his vigour. God bless you, Neil

Incredible performer. Yes got to see him in NZ in one of his last tours. He wad 75 then. The energy the stage presence and the love from the audience was a conert for the ages.

This song really took hold. I've heard Neil Diamond sing it in ballbarks and everywhere. He really gets the audience involved. He is a very underrated performer. He has a unique voice, is a helluva sing writer and even performed with Waylon Jennings, an all time favorite of mine. I grew up to performers like Neil Diamond and I appreciate his talent and his goodness. He appreciates the people who put him there.

This has to be the first time I ever heard of Neil Diamond referred to as "under-rated!"

His voice reminds so much my father. He used to play his 8 tracks in the car and sing along sounded just like him I love & miss you dad. Rest in peace angel.

Neil Diamond filled my heart with so many sweet memories.

Every time I hear this song and the crowd singing back to you, I get this biggest smile on my face because I think it is just so cool and it's and it's got to be such an amazing thing for you

I regret not seeing Neil Diamond in concert, he would have concert dates in Toronto every year up to his announcement in 2018 of his illness that he will be not be performing anymore. Which was so sad to hear of his diagnoses with Parkinson's. I still remember how I became a fan, after watching The Jazz Singer in the theatre, I fell in love with Neil Diamond, his voice and music... this was in the 80's and I was in my teens! ❤️

I would hear my parents listened to you on different shows and I fell in love with you. When I saw you at the Palace of Auburn Hills in 1993 or 1994 can't remember which year because I was ready to file for divorce, so my nerves were really bad. I knew that I was still in love with you but couldn't have you. I listen to all tapes and go on u tube every evening before I go to bed and you make my heart just beat so fast. I can say you are the best and hope you are happy with this wife, if you ever come to town again I will be their to see you. I understand you probably won't be able to travel any more but miracles can happen. Enjoy your wife and stay safe. LOVE YOU

Wow, only 4. Neil Duamond was the first concert I ever went to, back in 1972. Saw him again in 2012-13? Over the years Ive seen hundreds of shows, from the Stones, Alman Bros., Lyn. Skynrd. Grateful Dead, Led Zep., but NOBODY does a show like Neil Diamond. I will never forget them. Im not sure if the real show isnt the crowd. For a moment in time youre with your 20,000 best friends.
