@@sephiroaone-of-nine101 Necrons are commanded by beings just as fallible in their judgment as any other race, despite what they'd tell you. They can be outsmarted and especially outmaneuvered. Victory is slanted in their favor in most cases, but it's not absolute. Nobody's is. In 40k, anything can happen.

@@matthiuskoenig3378 Clearly you know nothing about 40k then because 99% of necrons are still asleep. The amount of necrons that have died in the entire 41st millennium wouldn't even be enough to scratch a single percentile of their entire forces. So no they can't lose. Its just a timebomb until they all wake up and takeover the entire galaxy.
