6:37 Attended a couple of family reunions at that community center. My aunt & uncle lived on a country road, just to the back right of it. I think their property is still owned by my cousins. They used to have quarter horses I rode as a child. Good times. I think they pronounce it more like “Nuh-hawka” instead of “Nee-hawka”.
