NDUJA CREAMY SPAGHETTI

INGREDIENTS
2 cloves garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp nduja
3 yolks
150g parmesan cheese
Pepper
½ teaspoon of parsley
Water to taste
200g spaghetti
METHOD
Mix the egg yolks with the parmesan and pepper to create a creamy sauce and set aside.
Brown the garlic in the oil in a pan, add nduja, blend with water, add the pasta, add the egg cream. Stir well and serve, finally sprinkle with parsley.
