The only reason LaFlop hands out a compliment is to point out how that player might be as good as he is. I think it is still important for channels like this to raise the greatness of Luka as mainstream sports media often still overlooks him or downplays his achievements. Another example of another player who isn't having much love from the mainstream sports media despite playing well is Domantas Sabonis. Without media attention, people will be forgotten, especially with how stacked the league is today in terms of talent
