Første del består af kendte tyske optagelser fra besættelsen af København d. 9/4 1940 i bedre billedkvalitet, end man normalt ser, og tilsat festlig underlægningsmusik. Senere en militærparade i Budapest i 1941, vist nok for at mindes sejren over de østrigske tropper ved Smolenice i 1704. 35 mm. Ungarsk.”
