I read the title and expected to see someone lose consciousness at an embarrassing time. Instead I just saw a nice video of dedicated young people celebrating their shared accomplishment.

Well done to the cadets and how lovely to see The Countess of Wessex , a lovely Lady pure class ❤
From one of your friends across the pond good luck best wishes and may you have long and fruitful careers guarding the realm
Best wishes for a great future to all the cadets who passed out. From a proud ex TA smelly.
Very well done to them all 👏. Respect from an Ex-Pongo diver who trained at Horsea.
My Father was Royal Navy, left in ‘69 before moving up to Petty Officer, was a member of a Royal Tournament team, so proud of him
Thank You so much
Every time I find one of these videos I watch is avidly, because I'm proud to be a Dartmouth parent too.
I thought this was a video of people fainting.
Well done all wishing you all the very best in your new careers, god speed and calm seas.
Congratulations. It reminds me of my passing out in July 1986. St Vincent Division
Massive well done to all 👍👏👏👏

Trinidad and Tobago !!!! Well done to all Cadets !
The Royal Navy is a vital part of our nation.
Congratulations
good work
As an ex-cadet I remember this VERY COLd passing out, I left the Navy 6 years later as a CPO and Master Chef, I loved it and I can only recommend this to every young person who is not sure in which direction they should go! My life in the Royal Navy was worth every second of it AND MORE! I ended my tour on the ARK ROYAL with a bunch of fine lads!
I hadn’t realised the Countess was that scary😮

The Countess Consort of Wessex was close to Queen Regnant Elizabeth and Prince Consort Philip. It's wonderful to see that King Regnant Charles also greatly appreciates her.
Why use a click bait title? I don't understand.
This video's title was very misleading! 😒
The one wearing his dress Whites while everyone is in their Blues haha he knew he messed up
What a title

Of course, here in The Colonies, pass out has a very different meaning indeed.
I fear that in the future these will be the only professional mariners the UK has unless the government do something to help save the Merchant Navy.

What a beautiful day to graduate. I arrived at RMAS in winter and graduated in winter and no one cared if we did not like the cold. The forces have really gone soft and woke and next broke! Anyway I wish these young people a safe and successful career.

'Passed' because it represents successful completion of basic training - they passed the course. 'Out' because they will leave the initial training establishment and go out into the big wide world of fleet and further training. As the Meerkat says 'simples'
