***** the judges score the athletes on all their reps, after they are done they sign the scorecard to confirm their agreement with what is on the paper

Lacee Kovacs pissed me off during this event! How are you such a fit athlete, at the top of your game competing against the best and you go out at max speed!? Boggles my mind that you would approach a workout that way!

Don't go too fast early. Attack the overhead snatch squats and keep a decent smooth pace in the run.

2:15 for 600m? If they were truly the fittest on Earth, they would all be running that in under 2:00 easily, if not 1:30.

Need to save leg energy for the overhead squats. If all they had to do was run then they could probably make it in that time easily.

1:30 is hauling for your average person, and pretty quick for your average high school track athlete. That's not even considering that there are stairs and a hill involved, they're running it multiple times, and it's broken up by overhead squats. If you think pacing themselves on the run in any way discounts their fitness, you've got no business critiquing it.

Part of crossfit is pacing yourself. Plus there's a hill and steps. This isn't a track. Nobody could sprint this entire thing.
