21 ways to fall asleep naturally 1. Create a consistent sleeping pattern 2. Keep the lights off 3. Avoid napping during the day 4. Get some exercise during the day 5. Avoid using your cell phone 6 read books few hours before. Not emotional 7 avoid caffeine - coffee - 3-5hrs effects 8 Meditation or mindfulness 9. Don’t wake yourself up 10. Change your eating habits 11. Get the room temperature right 12. Try aromatherapy 13. Find a comfortable position 14. Listen to music 15. Try breathing exercises 16. Take a hot bath or shower 17. Avoid reading e-books 18. Take melatonin 19. Use a comfortable bed 20. Avoid noisy environments, if possible 21. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption

Paano ako matulog eh ang ingay ingay ng mga aso ng kapitbahay namin...palaging nag howl....mga huskies Kasi...magkatapat pa naman ang Bahay namin....6meters lng ang layo namin . Yong room ko ang tapat ng kulungan ng mga aso nila....
