Hindi daw custom yung body natin na natutulog sa umaga? Eh diba ang katawan naman ng tao eh nag a-adjust automatic. Pang gabi ako sa work 7 yrs nako pang gabi at sa araw talaga automatic hinahanap ng katawan ko ang tulog at pahinga kesa sa gabi. Nababaliktad naman yan base sa lifestyle mo kasi ang katawan ng tao madali mag adjust. Kung araw araw gumigising ka 5AM para pumasok sa work eh diba automatic din kahit nga dika na mag alarm clock nagigising ka na ng ganon na time.

Then Bibigyan ka nila ng CPAP Wala kang babayaran basta May insurance ka. In my case libre lahat hindi lang machine kasama na ang mga supplies. Ang CPAP machine ko ay ResMed at digital ito ang bagong machine nila. Kaya lang, lagi pa din akong nagigising dahil lagi akong na ihi sa gabi. So, kulang pa din ako sa tulog. So, hindi lahat na nagamit ng CPAP ay okay sa bawat tao.

Ako din nag take na ng melatonin kasi di na talaga ako makatulog kung di ako maka inum ..tas Minsan nag inum ako di parin ako makatulog 😢

Palagay ko nman ,kusang mag adjust ang katawan natin kasi Pagka basa Pinas ako hinaganap ng katawan ko ang oras ng tulig ko kasi yung gabi dito araw dyan,kaya inaantok ako sa araw pero in 2weeks time normal nnman ang tulog ko.
