    Jai sri ram grandma , I am a 19 year old boy obese skinny fat on thighs and belly [82 kg] at 175 cm i am suffering from thyroid plz tell me how can i cure it by yoga , meditation and any ayurvedic herbs because till now i don't eat any thyroid medicine nor i want to because i have a strong believe in Our ancient culture. Anyone who know plz tell me how to cure it , i am having palpitations, fatigue, tiredness, and reproductive problem [mentioned in google].

    People... have big bellies... lie on their back... Obviously said by someone that was never obese... It was extremely uncomfortable for me to sleep on my back when I was obese... All that fat pushing down on me made it harder to breathe as well...

    My insomnia sucks, my body clock is opposite too bad I don’t have Wi-Fi instead pulling orders while the the regular employee are busy scrolling working part time supposedly, God doesn’t life depression it’s tough if u don’t have legit fb and privacy but thanks for reminding me, starting today will try to meditate again even doesn’t have yoga mat! Namaste! ❤
