I would have never thought of cooking nasturtium leaves! I love them raw in my salads and in sandwiches, thanks for sharing, just in time for me to try this before they freeze! :-)
This is a great idea!

Looks so fresh and healthy. Wish we had nasturtiums this time of year. I seeded some in my garden hoping I get some blooms before it gets cold.

It's a lot like steak fajitas :), just minus the nasturtiums and add tortillas. Also, a less expensive steak would be to use flat iron. Hope you can try it soon.
I wish you were my neighbor. :) hahhahahah
I added black locust flowers to my scrambled eggs and it tasted GREAT. I also added black locust flowers to my pork, yellow squash, and garlic leaves and it tasted more than great. Let's all eat flowers instead of vegetables. LOL Next year I will be growing nasturtium and Garland daisies for stir fry and soup. LOL LOL

Sometimes aphids will attack them. If the temperatures get too hot, they may not do well. If they start o look bad, I cut them back to just a few leaves and when the temperatures warm up, they take off again (until the first freeze).
Is the meat beef? Thanks
