Nashville Hot Spare Ribs On The Weber Kettle | Individual Party Ribs | Spicy and Delicious!!

You've heard of Nashville Hot Chicken, right? Can we take spare ribs and make them Nashville Hot style??
ABSOLUTELY!!
We separated a couple slabs of St. Louis cut spare ribs, seasoned them up with Pork Mafia Nashville Heat seasoning and grilled them up!! Basted with a whipped butter and seasoning mix throughout the cook. These ribs will knock your socks off.
All cooked on the Weber Kettle with Jealous Devil Lump Charcoal.
A perfect amount of heat, salt and richness. If you enjoy spicy ribs, these are a must try!!

I got a Weber Kettle for my birthday earlier this year. I may ask Santa for a vortex. Good job on those ribs. I've never cooked them cut up like that. I hope that you and yours have a very Merry Christmas!

That’s a great present!! The Vortex and Slow N Sear are game changers for the Weber Kettle. Definitely recommend both! Cheers my friend! Merry Christmas to you and your family as well!

I've been using the vortex with wings for years and I'm shocked I didn't think of this. Nice work, I'm going to try this

You called it fighting with the cartilage but people fight with bones so why not cartilage? I leave everything on my spare ribs and do them singly like that

I hear ya, and when I cook for my family I leave it in too. But I know plenty of people who get grossed out by picking or spitting something out. I really do prefer keeping it mostly together when cooking ribs.

    Salted or unsalted whipped butter?

I use salted. But unsalted will work too. All depends on how much salt you like, but I can’t tell the difference.
