1995 22" Weber Kettle Master Touch - Vortex Ribs
Fired up the 95' Weber Kettle Master Touch with some B and B oak briquettes and with help from my vortex, I was able to make some delicious baby back ribs! Not only was this a super simple cook to put together, but it was also a super fast one since that vortex gets the weber kettle nice and hot!
Rubbed down each of the ribs with a generous coat of Tailgaters BBQ Party Rub and Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Rub! Then gave each of the ribs a bath in some Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Sauce in the last 5 minutes to finish these ribs off! Any boy did it deliver, you'll for sure have to give Vortex Ribs on A Weber Kettle a shot before summer is over!

Wow, did it. Amazing. Rotated the lid evey 15 minutes (45 minutes in all, sauced them for another 10. What?? Great tug, juicy, (not 'fall off the bone, which I don't like) Winner, winner, pork rib dinner, bro. Thanks for great content overall on your channel.👍

The one negative about the vortex process is that it leaves goopy bbq sauce in the kettle. But ....I found a solution other than placing foil which can be a pain. I got a 21 1/2" stainless steel comal off Amazon; hogged out a 10" hole in the middle and place it under the stock Weber grill grate. It lets the heat of the Votex do it's magic, but at the same time, it catches all the sauce and drippings. Next day, just remove it and hose out the gunk and you're ready for another cook. Life is easy now, bro. Pass me one of them brewskis, will ya? 🍺
Love that Kettle! Those Rib / Wings look awesome Brian!

That’s a cool prep table where do you get it?
Is that a stock webber grate? Or did you get a stainless steel one.
