Meanwhile my gaming pc is unplugged because of renovations therefore not with me. Trying to get the mod to work on my M1 MacPro but I am such an ios noob compared to Windows that I have no idea where to put the files 😂. Cheers for the awesome mod! Looks great and looks like a lot of fun! You and your team basically brought new life to an old but arguably one of the greatest Nascar games. Its sad when the community makes better stuff than actual developpers... Granted developpers need to get an engine, ui, etc... but still, for you guys the sky is the limit! Cheers!

I am on mobile... I have the mod installed, but everything is not in place. like, the Pontiac scheme is on a dodge... I obviously missed a step. I think its the Nascar DB part. I don't know how to do it on mobile.

im just curious if its possible, not trying to add to your work load... is it possible to swap 3d models... such as tracks and car models?

Hey there. New to the world of game mods. Got everything downloaded and everything looks solid, except one bit of issue. Not sure how to best describe but when in a race graphics like the pit boxes, grandstands, and passing cars don’t fully load until I am driving by. It’s like the game is trying to process the graphics loading. Any suggestions? Great mod!

I followed this to my best ability but some stuff didnt show up or didnt look like it but i was able to put the nascar.db file from NT2000 onto the 2003 and i had to create a textures folder for dolphin and pasted the GNCE69 file in, wouldnt let extract to folder. but didnt work, the game loads in as nt2003 not 2000

Any help would be appreciated here. I downloaded the Dolphin Emulator and NASCAR Thunder 2003. However I do not have a Dolphin Emulator Documents file for some reason. Meaning I can't install this mod. Followed a couple different videos and tried installing a few times with the same luck. Not sure what I did wrong here.

To anyone else having this problem. I figured it out! Dolphin Emulator saved under %AppData%\Dolphin Emulator and not My Documents. Once you find it, follow the instructions from the ReadMe file.

Does this installation process also apply for 2005 CFTC? Asking as someone who was furious at the omitting of Jeremy Mayfield and Ken Schrader especially Mayfield.

Yeah, the only difference is the folder where you have to extract the files.

I cant seem to find the right iso, ive found the nkit aswell as the ciso on vimms lair but i havnt seen the iso anywhrre

Are the busch cars unlocked through progress? Or is there a specific way to unlock them?

To unlock busch series drivers go to features create a car, put as First Name: Busch , and Last Name: Series.

How was this made? Is there a way I can mod the game myself?

I need to download this like, how do you unlock the other liveries or the other drivers?

To unlock busch series drivers go to features create a car, put as First Name: Busch , and Last Name: Series. Other liveries are unlocked by winning races on veteran difficulty using each car. Each race will unlock you a car scheme. There are other Drivers that can be unlocked by completing Lightning Challenges. Can you help me, I have all the cars but some of the photos and names and the front end of the cars are wrong or messed up. I can’t extract the second file and when I go to put the game into the rebuilder it doesn’t pop up as a .iso or .ciso file

I got it working, except one thing is that at random moments the whole software crashes and the game breaks at Las Vegas career mode race, my controller disconnects and I can’t close dolphin. So I have to close my computer. Also another problem I’ve noticed, in career mode u can’t name your driver or team.

Will this be available for the PS2?

Yeah, ISO isn't detected or selectable with GCRB when I tried.

I followed your instructions to a tee and it just didn't work. Not really sure what's wrong

I imported the DB file, I enabled custom textures but when booted the game up none the textures loaded, did I do something wrong or miss something, please help I can't figure out what to do :(

sure tell me, Game shows you a black dialog like "Loading 0 Textures"? If not, there is a problem on the last step.

@@sledgeLIX yes the dialog boxes say "loading 0 textures every time, I tried enabling texture mods, but that didn't help, I'm very confused :/

I don't understand half these steps. Where is the Nascar 2003 iso? I don't see it anywhere in there files. Edit: i can assume now I'm supposed to download it. Should i get ps2 iso? Pc? Or what?

You get the gamecube copy this is done on the gamecube dolphin emulator

weird it was really simple i had to find my appdata folder cause i couldnt find my documents folder

I don't know who hates me, but someone definitely does, because no matter how closely I follow these instructions for modded textures, regardless of whatever mod pack it is, Dolphin repeatedly REFUSES to ever read them and I always, ALWAYS load up the vanilla version of NT03 textures. Like, I did the necessary steps for the .DB file and THAT worked correctly, so I get to see the funny visual of Michael Waltrip driving for BAM Racing of all teams (quite funny), but otherwise all the graphics are exactly the same, as if Dolphin just straight up acts like the GNCE69 folder doesn't exist. This isn't funny, I'm extremely upset as this has been a continuing issue for me for months, and it feels like no matter how I may seek out guidance or an answer, none will be forthcoming. So I guess to the lucky who know how this works, congrats, because I'm certainly not joining you folks anytime soon. :loudly_crying_face:
