Nami Burn-e Tyre Change Tutorial

Step 1 - deflate the tyre by removing the valve core
Step 2 - Remove the motor cable clips
Step 3 - Remove the calliper
Step 4 - Remove the wheel nuts and washer being careful to support the wheel
Step 5 - Heat the disc screws and then remove them as well as the disc
Step 6 - Break the tyre bead
Step 7 - Insert the tyre levers and use the scissor technique to remove the tyre
Step 8 - Make sure the new tyre is the right way round before fitting
Step 9 - Use tyre paste to lubricate the bead
Step 10 - Press the tyre down over the rim
Step 11 - Use the tyre leavers to ease the tyre onto the rim at one end
Step 12 - Repeat the process until the tyre is seated
Step 13 - Now replace the valve core
Step 14 - Inflate the tyre to near maximum PSI to seat the bead
Step 15 - Reduce PSI for personal preference
Step 16 - Clean up the wheel before refitting
Step 17 - Replace the disc making sure it is facing the right way
Step 18 - loctite disc screws before fixing
Step 19 - Replace the washers and slide the wheel onto the swingarms make sure it is the right way round
Step 20 - Add Loctite to both sides of the axel and torque axle bolts to manufacturers guidelines
Step 21 - Replace motor cable clips and use Loctite on the screws
Step 22 - Replace the calliper and use Loctite on the screws
Step 23 - Replace the dust cover on the valve and you are finished.

    Guys from @rideglide give me a heads up please... At 1:00 are you only having 2 (instead of other vids showing 3) washers to remove? Also it looks like there is no spacer between motor and disc brake? I´m now quite unsettled about if I´m missing parts or not. Enlighten me please. Cheers

    Question, what if you place the rear wheel in a wrong direction? I bought used NAMI and the rest tyre was in a wrong direction😢

    Love your vids!! Maybe with your experience u can help me. The cable that comes out of rear wheel, mine got shredded. Can I replace just that cable? Or have to buy all new motor? Where to buy? Tia

    I have the Burn-e 2 Max, and I need to replace the front brake rotor. However, I can't find anywhere what the torque should be for the axle bolts (step 20). Can you share what the torque spec should be?

    I found a lot videos on KZread that these disks are really poor in quality. It’s really easy to bend them while driving on a some bumpy road..

    Not had any issues with the disks at all. Some shops don't send them on pallets and that has caused some damage including bent disks but generally they have been great 👍

    Installing tires back on the Kaabo Wolf King Gt are a pain. Is it easier to install tires on the Nami E Burn 2???

    @@RIDEGLIDE That's what made me buy the Nami. Changing the flat tire on the Kaabo Wolf King Gt Pro was easy. Correction the hard part was putting the tire back onto the front forks it has a complicated design.

    Off course, check out www.rideandglide.co.uk for 11" Tubeless tyres and they all work with the Nami. You have the option of offroads, hybrids, road tyres so take a look 👍

    Why Numi scooters are missing from the Israeli market? I saw at Alibaba Numi burn e 2 and burn e 2 max, is that a legit Numi scooters? Would you recommend buying from them and if so, who can provide service?

    Hi, would always recommend buying from a local retailer as possible for support etc. Issues can arise with escooters and you want to make sure your warranty is supported and parts are available! 👍

    Pur it up on bucket and spin the wheel full speeds for 10 secs , let it stop spinning them pump 😊
