@@Samuel-yj7vv Barely noticeable, I checked it out on Whosampled. They couldn’t get that 808 kick Run’s House had in the 70’s. Definitely the blueprint for it, or background sequence. R.I.P. Jam Master Jay.

many of these are more modern stuff, Track 6 is off the Repeat Offender Records I can't remember which artist. The one before that I think might be Sharkfin/Simon Holmes? They're from around that time mid-Norties revival stuff. Tune 8 is Ezman - Creator which I'm not sure got a proper release

You have a broad repertoire mate. Not having studied hardcore beyond 96 myself I'm lost to even identify what era certain tunes come from unless they're true old-skool.

I agree with with Col on Track 8 (As I have the mp3 here) - was one of those tunes uploaded on the b2vos forum in the 2000s. My file says 2005 - EZMAN - CREATOR. Don't think it ever came out on vinyl or proper digital release. Just uploaded on the forum.

Always a chance of that I guess... I don't think that's happened just yet though as I kinda know the story behind most of these unidentified tracks in this episode. I'm no good when it comes to identifying anything past 95 personally...and it sounds like (as you say) a number of these are more modern. That's cool though 🤷 If they're good, I might buy em. It'll all add to the New-Skool episode I do one day 😋

yep, a number of them are from that mid-Norties to late Norties revival period where guys like Stu & Nee, Nervous + Anxious etc were chipping in :D
