People who are issued with guns are not trained how to use them

Those people want to beat him for making a mistake. Why don't they direct their energy and strength to capturing and beating these thieves in town instead of always standing and watching people getting robbed and stabbed.

Totally agree with you, I was mugged in town, I was with my son, at the time he was 7 years old, I saw the 3 walking calmly, I asked for support, help, nobody came to help.. I am from Mozambique and I didn't know anything about Cbd, the thieves and all that crap. Everybody was just there staring at me, in Mozambique if you ask for help people will come for you definitely

Don't be naive. Why hold a gun if you can't use it properly, just because you have money to buy one? He should have been killed for his silly act and then the muggers later. They are all equally dangerous.

He shot them by mistake, he didn't mean to do it but it's so annoying for some of these rich wealthy folks who buy guns and get licensed guns YET they do not know how to use or protect themselves with it,...SAD!

He's an actor, he's called Ainea Ojiambo.. In fact there was a CCTV camera that captured the incident where two thugs attacked him trying to snatch his gold chain. The CCTV also captured how he removed his pistol and tried to get the thugs.. It was very unfortunate the stray bullets hit the two innocent guards.....

Watu hapa comments section wanaongea mavi. The guy protected himself. When you see guys coming at you, there's no time to think about what their motives might be, all you know is you're in danger and your natural defense instincts kick in. Have any of you ever been robbed?It's fucking scary! Robbers in Nairobi will stab you just to steal a kabambe from you. If you look at the video, the guy aimed his gun low, which is proper procedure for self-defense. Those robbers are responsible for the death of that guard, not him. I'd be surprised if the police even charge him with anything.

What does the law say about such an incident. Self-defence is allowed but am not sure what the law says when a third party is involved. I think he will have to be charged with manslaughter. Anyway Lawyers interpret the law for us
