Mysterious Saudi Arabia: The Rise of a Desert Dynasty - Full Historical Documentary
Ойын-сауық
Today, Saudi Arabia is one of the wealthiest nations on earth and the cultural center of the Muslim world. Vast oil fields have contributed to meteoric development and population growth. However, the Arabian Peninsula was not always home to such wealth. Until the 7th century, the city of Mecca was just another caravan post on the legendary Incense Route. Learn how one family took control of disparate desert tribes, united them through faith, and built the Saudi Arabia we know today.

Some incorrect information: The Prophet (PBUH) returned to Mecca after 10 years of Hijra, not 8 years. The Prophet didn't attack Mecca but the year before the Prophet and the Muslims were barred from entering Mecca for Hajj (pilgrimage) by the Meccan idols worshipper pagans. But instead of fighting them, the Prophet agreed to sign an agreement with them (The Treaty of Hudaybiyyah) which ensured that the Muslims would not perform the Pilgrimage that year and return to Medina, and would make the pilgrimage the following year. So, on the 10th year of his Hijra, the Prophet and the Muslims entered Mecca peacefully based on the treaty. By then the Meccans already knew they were in no position to stop and fight the Muslims. All the Meccans were forgiven except a very few who committed severe crimes against humanity. The relatives of the victims had strong reservations in forgiving them but bringing under justice.

When you try to make a documentary designed to clear things, perhaps it's better to do more clear research before publishing. It's decent, but there are many bits of important misinformation, that's just not right.

‘’Mohamad becomes the father of a new religion. He is one of the most influential figures in the history.’’ In this definition, the message is more related to a new system instead of a new religion. The reference is on a monarch when you say the father of a new religion and the emphasis is on the key figure or a political leader when you quote as the most influential figure in the history instead of a prophet. When you apply this comment to George Washington or Benjamin Franklin it surely well fits but does not relate to our faith or our prophecy.

1st : Actually it was one tribe fought a civil war. 2nd : it went for 40 years 3rd : not because one camel crosses to someone's else territory. 4th you are an Indian, so stfu and don't speak about someone's else history.

@@zeyh863 This is what Umar ibn Khattab (The Companion of Messenger Muhammad) said to the stone when he kissed it : "Really, I know you are just a stone that can't do anything. If only the Prophet had not kissed you, I would never have kissed you either!"

Crazy how people worship and prey to something that they can only choose to believe is real
Allah hu Akbar
I will be thinking about putting a build a card meaning sometimes children can come in with artistic designs with him and their baseball player and share back with the card people allow them to develop that in-house card like a collector's spread that you unique and also have a graphics development for independency of they only get made during game times at games
It always amazes me that the fear of death and the need to be a herd animal for protection continues to enthrall humanity. Who has not felt the urge to say, "Just tell me what to do and I'll do it." It's scary to exist and know that we will not exist one day...so what do we do? We are all falling through space and do not know how or when we will go..splat...so we cling to our blankie which is religion. Just be kind. Stop killing the "Infidels" or unbelievers in what you believe. Just be kind and sit quietly each day and enjoy your "fall through space" and don't stab or shoot or run over someone who not holding the same blankie as you or is holding no blankie as you. Poor humanity. We are so fearful.
Wrong information:only prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him broke the idols in the kaaba, not as this documentary has filmed it,it appears that the Muslims did it all together
In the 10th minute of the documentary it is narrated as In the 7 BCE Mohammad emerged. It is not BCE, actually it is CE.

It is neither. It is A.D.
Ismael is being cursed because they worship a box instead of the creator.
An amazing land, friendly, strong and authentic people, the last real Arabs in the region, a 'must' place to be visited before it turns into a fake Dubai or an americanized Kuwait, magical silence of Rub Al Khali, feerique mountains, like man made sculptures, excellent food, service, incredible oriental bazaars (souk), full of spices, etc.

Mecca can accommodate 6 million people at a time. Only to increase in coming years as per the expansion plan
The commentator must be respectful to proper pronunciation. He should have learned before commentaring. It is not MAZLUM, it is MUSLIM with S not Z. It is not Qaba, it is QAABA, stress on A between Q and B.
here in Indonesia, we are not postpone to do pilgrimage. It is because we are queue-ing to be there on hajj month, as there is a hajj quote to be complied by our govt. Lucky for those who are living in country where not much Moslem people stays. As they can do pilgrimage as much as they can and allowed by Saudi's govt to do so

Wow
Mecca didn't exist before the common era. In fact there is no mention of it until 741 CE, in the Byzantine-Arab Chronicles.
