Myeolchi bokkeum | Stir-fried anchovies (Korean Banchan, Side dish recipe)

Korean Side dish - the ever so popular, MYEOLCHI BOKKEUM
Myeolchi (or Korean Dried Dilis)
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp rice syrup (or any cooking syrup)
2 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp soysauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
Garlic sliced
Sesame seed
Sesame oil
Optional:
1 Sili
nuts
