10 years ago myasthenia gravis started affecting my limbs. One evening I just could not join in with my family. It was Halloween, we were at a Halloween haunted function. I felt so bad. My legs just would not work. I fall into patterns. I have EDS hypermobile as well as vascular. I live up north and when it gets very cold my body just shuts down. I can't tolerate oxalates. Very bad for me. I can't break them down at all. I'm on a clean keto carnivore diet. During the winter time when I get exhausted and my fats go down what do you think starts happening? You better believe it, everything breaks down. Nutrition is key in this. 6 years ago when I would get tired with my day. My left eye started looking to the right. I would get a slight halo over everything I looked at and if I read anything, it was doubled. My eye doctor says well call me when this happens. I laughed and I said that's going to be impossible. Because it's always in the evening time. Well he finally got to see me, had a rough two weeks. Hard time sleeping. Had a lot on my plate, and I couldn't finish it. And my eye was going cross within the first hour that I was awake. This June I have an appointment. The area that I live in, what a joke. The neurologist around me, no more than pushers. I will refuse all of the protocols that you have for this illness. No way am I doing AGI IGA sorry I'm not doing that. I am not doing high steroids. Extremely bad for me. I've already been there and done that and there's no way that I will ever go back. The only way you would get that stuff in my system if I was unconscious. No way. I know this is nutritional. And every time, I am getting my good fats in. And I'm eating properly. Higher fats protein very minimal carbohydrates. I do allow myself carbohydrates once a week. And when I eat them, it's when I'm up and running around. But I will eat minimal carbs throughout the week. Fat is my friend. Never my foe... When I started noticing the correlations between the times and how I feel and how long this has been going on. I think you doctors need to start looking towards, metabolic as well as got microbiome and what are their blood serum stores? We all know that a cell can dysfunction when it does not have the proper nutrition. If I can eat the proper nutrition and all my symptoms go away. But as soon as, that nutrition is knocked down and it comes back. Come on there's your sign. Why..? Why does medicine always go to the synthetic side? You think you can repair the immune system, by halting it? How about trying to give the cells the proper nutrition? Can your client patient, can they methylate properly? Are there liver and kidneys functioning properly? I myself only have one good working kidney, I myself cannot digest oxalates. Only 5% of us make kidney stones the rest of us make it within our muscle fascia. If my body, can't function with certain things in my diet, and I'm functioning flawlessly or as close to flawlessly as I can when my diet is on par. There's your sign. Why would you give prednisone to someone, shutting down the immune system and the function. You do realize that they may have other viruses within them. When doing so you can erupt something, that they never wanted to surface. Seriously think about that. I can't wait until this summer. I can't wait to meet a neurologist that is an actual good neurologist and not someone there to push their pharmaceutical sludge at me. Pharmaceuticals should be used in an emergency. They shouldn't ever be a long-term fix. What prednisone does to the body, the horrible effects from it, one would have to get over the effects of using said drug, and over and over again so many people have been on that horrible protocol you have for myasthenia gravis and no one is really feeling much better. Go through the videos. Person after person after person says it didn't work it didn't work it didn't work. Well, that's obvious of course it didn't. Because your cells can't function properly they don't have the proper nutrition. And then claiming that people need to eat a, low inflammation diet. Then you feed them a whole bunch of veggies and vegan food. Heck no. These people need fat. Fat is your friend, fat doesn't make you fat. Here's a fact.. Putting people on said diet, telling them to eat less meat and eggs and so on and so forth. Animal nutrition. Animal nutrition is bioavailable to our bodies. There is not one single study out there that I can pull in a mega fatty acid out of a seed. We can also turn our eyes to the studies that we have of those that were institutionalized and as well we have a veteran study. 8 years on the veterans 5 years on those that were institutionalized. One group was fed food cooked in animal fat in the other one was fed food cooked in seed oil. Night and day. But everybody wants to ignore that don't they... Glyphosate kills the gut bacteria we all know that if you don't, now you do. It kills your gut bacteria the same pathway it kills a plant, via the Shikimate Pathway. Humans don't have this pathway, but our gut bacteria does. Our gut bacteria is responsible for more than just breaking down a nutrient they help us assimilate neurotransmitters and hormones. They are the communication hub that helps, every function in our body. Such as what does your liver need what is your kidneys need what is your brain need? It keeps you functioning as flawless as you can. I have another comment below this one. I Hope You Tube allows me to post them. I'm so censored it sucks.

Even your organics are sprayed. I know this to be fact, my father-in-law was part inventor of a specific Roundup 1978. Organic lentils, have a higher amount of glyphosate in them, then your conventional grown GMO corn that is sprayed 3 to 4 times per year weather permitted. Our organics are sprayed, it kills back the plant and makes it easier for them to harvest. Whether it's seeds tomatoes whatever. The plant does not have enough time to metabolize the glyphosate so the levels are astronomically high. Glyphosate not only mimics your glycine which can be a bad problem for prion protein invading the blood-brain barrier. It also mimics estrogen. Had my husband and sons hormones tested. Doctor said there is not a single person today that doesn't have proper hormones. Now I had mine tested when I was doing well, flawless. One specific that I had tested, pregnenolone. Pregnenolone is your master mother hormone of all hormones. It is your number one steroidal sexual hormone. It dictates all other hormone production. My thyroid was low. All other things were low. Even my cholesterol, and I put my nose to the grind. I have most certainly eaten what they consider to be an autoimmune/inflammation diet. Oh my goodness did that make me worse. So, I had a talk with a very close family member. The ketogenic diet help my grandmother, as well as my cousin. We all have MTHFR in our family. It's skipped a few people but the majority of us have it. We can't methylate properly. That was it I put my nose to the grind, and started eating a clean pedogenic/carnivore diet. At the time all of my levels were low. Holy moly. My LDL, I was able to get down to 74. My HDL, 287, my hormones. Flawless. My pregnenolone exactly where it needed to be. And well well what do you know. Another winner passes. My fats drop it's cold. I'm starting to come alive cuz here is summer. You need sunlight. Tryptophan is the lightest brightest amino acid out there it helps us take in the available sunlight to make melatonin, melanin and D3. Not last summer but the last. Gosh I was doing well. Especially because I was tanning. I don't think people realize how important D3 is to our body. As well as melatonin, melatonin is essential for us because when we sleep is when we are making our hormones needed to function properly. And there is large correlation within all of the function of our system within nutrition, within our hormone health, and this is a fact. Demonizing cholesterol. 63% of your blood plasma is made up of cholesterol. Your brain is mainly cholesterol. Your liver can't even begin to make the needed amounts of cholesterol to function as close to flawlessly as possible. Your liver does make certain things, but that is in a fight-or-flight I'm in danger mode starvation is hitting me and I'm trying to survive. That's what that is used for. For that last burst of energy to save yourself. It is not a means of claiming self-sufficiency because my liver makes that for my body. Because you're absolutely incorrect. Our insulin inducing diets are harming people. I feel it's really funny they're trying to make synthetic meat synthetic breast milks. This is fact, those of us that can't methylate properly, putting folic acid in all pre-made pre-processed foods. Our bodies can't even begin to take the toxicity of what it turns into and gets stuck in our cells such as it turns into a chemical within the cyanide family. Your body can't differentiate either one. It up takes it and gets trapped in your cells if you can't methylate properly. Feeding someone a diet where most of their foods turn into glucose insulin. Too much insulin in the blood, the body goes into protection mode. Not just that, and insulin inducing diet completely and utterly overworks your pancreas your gallbladder, which these functions are very important to the breakdown and digestion of your food. I'm super excited. I hope I find that neurologist, that listens to me, that follows me and takes my blood. And he listens and puts out a protocol to save people. Because what they're doing for myasthenia gravis is not helping. In an emergency situation when you're not breathing and functioning yes go ahead and use medications. Other than that if they're functioning, it's not within any prescription. It's within the nutrition that they put into their body. Please be careful if you can't methylate properly. bone broth is very essential back in the olden days we used to drink it, like tea it was nutritional warming and very good for our body. A long slow cooked bone broth can make its own fre msg. If you are making bone broth bring it up to temp, only cook for 1 hour. Making too much free MSG can be difficult for us to methylate. We want this to be medicinal not harmful. Those of you that think buying bone broth is much easier you're going to find more free MSG in those bone broths. Get with your local butchers, quick tip. When cooking a bra for just an hour. Take your bones and carcass and roast it in the oven, so that whenever you cook the broth all of the bone marrow and goodness comes out. VIP. Don't pull the fat off of this. It's very good for you. Drink it. Get some sunlight. Chicken has more tryptophan than turkey. It's the available light that makes you tired. Around the holidays we have Christmas lights going it's dark candles are all the glow. You eat turkey you have less light around you you'll get tired. Drink your bone broth and go get some sunlight. 20 minutes in the morning time in 20 minutes in the afternoon. 40 minutes total. If you were wearing sunglasses, take them off. You need the sunlight to get through your eyes. There are different processes through our skin and through our eyes that we take in the available sunlight. This is essential. It's not the Sun that gives you cancer, it's the lack of nutrition within your cells to function properly. End of story. Certain things can turn on and off our genes and I can't talk about it but the pin cushion stuff very bad especially for those that can't methlate properly. Good luck y'all. But seriously if you're studying to become a doctor. Every single one of you need nutrition in your life. You cannot manipulate our bodies with synthetic drugs and expect us to have a good outcome. And you know if you are a doctor most of your patients are constantly coming back with one problem or another or that problem is just sufficed, they are not living the best life that they could be living. Realize they can with nutrition. And I'm going to prove this right this summer. Good luck Godspeed and universal blessings. We need good doctors out there. Severely
