Keeping active as long as possible seems to help these patients. But it’s a hard diagnosis
missing these videos earliest thing in the morning (within my area) ❤🙏

So there's no permanent medicine for this? I 've had older sister and younger sister this same disease. The symptoms were exactly the same as on the video, couldn't tak, couldn't walk, but could laugh, smile, angry and cry. my young sister could walk until the age of ~5, had steady condition for a few years, and got worsen again at ~10 died at ~12. My older sister seemed to stress bcs of that and the condition got worsening and died abt 1-2 years after that. Anyway thanks for sharing!
Sir, could you explain why antigravity muscles (flexors for the upper extremity and extensors for the LE) are more affected in (not completely paralytic) UMN lesions? I read it has to do with inhibitory pathways, but unfortunately I do not fully understand it!
Thanks
What a treatment please tell me

Great question! A nerve cell, which is a bit like an electrical cable taking messages from the brain to the muscles.
Grim.
