I have ALS apparently, I wanted it to be anything else. God Speed to anyone experiencing this, I am ready to go to my Lord and Savior. This disease is absolutely horrific. 3 Years in, Lost my voice most recently. I hope you all can find something to save people like me someday. As for me, I am near my end.

We’re working on it. I’m so sorry to hear, and thank you for sharing some of your story with us. Please feel free to share more if you’d like. My father was just diagnosed less than 2 weeks ago… so it’s a hard time. I’ve learned so much and still am… I am determined to find some connection or at least things that help slow progression by a large percentage. I’ll keep you updated on my findings if you wish.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, (Lou Gehrigs, ALS) Disease sucks. My Aunt, has a feeding tube which she cannot feed herself. And now I heard that my former English teacher now has ALS.

I and fearful that I’m in the beginning stages. Legs don’t even feel a part of my body. Thing fly from my hands. Spastic problems in my sleep. Have had trouble swallowing from two neck fusions, however, lately I literally have to force myself to swallow. At 57 years old, I fear for my wife having to endure this. I feel that the Lord is preparing me for this, as He put it in my head to search out what all of these symptoms could be. At this point, it’s pretty noticeable. I will call the doctor tomorrow.

It could be peripheral neuropathy as well. Anytime you see the hands/ legs are numb it's not ALS. But proper diagnosis is necessary

Is there any treatment in Europe? My brother was diagnosed with ALS last year. He is under the Colombia University Hospital ALS clinic. But Dr did not do any treatment. We are so upset. He is only 32. Please tell me if you guys have any treatment over there. He is in stage 2. Both hands and legs stop working. What should we do now?

Look up medical medium brain saver ! Have him start at the diet - such as an alkaline diet. Search that book along with the recipes

no this might not be ALS. vitamin disbalance might be there which can cause these. check vitamin B12
