It’s completely normal to take pictures of a toddler sleeping Drew, I take pics of my 3 year old sleeping all the time!

When they sleep sixty percent of the time and then they're screaming or need food the other thirty percent...well you're not thinking of pictures usually even in the good times, them sleeping gives you down time to go 'oh yeah this is just now and I wanna have part of it forever'
Now be fair. How else is the mortician supposed to know how you're supposed to look at peaceful rest? It takes skill and reference pics to hide that last look of mortal terror.

You should be proud to have found someone who is so in love with you that even at your down points she finds you attractive, just my two cents from my 21 year relationship

21 years?! how are you doing it?!!
It has never once occurred to take a picture of my husband sleeping. It’s not cute. His mouth is wide open with drool. However he absolutely takes pictures of me sleeping and then sends them to my mom and sisters and they collectively laugh at me. Also videos of me sleep talking and walking. I’m the entertainment in the family!

When my bf and I first meet, i definitely took a pic of him sleeping😂😂😂 its cute and also it’s the only time he isn’t saying dumb stuff and will hold still for a pic lmao

Me tooo!! I always tell my bf too “you’re so cute when you sleep because you don’t have so much attitude” 😂😭 (we all have our mood swings sometimes)
"They want to kill you" XD that made me lose it
That feral raccoon bit was the best 😂
This is hilarious and your relationship is wonderful, you found someone you can joke with and even make vids about but they understand it's all just jokes,
If my kid falls asleep next to my husband. If they are both zonked out. I take pictures of them because they are both adorable. Sleeping the exact same way. Haha🎉
I think you've discovered a reason why women live longer than men! She's stealing a little bit of your soul with each picture! 🤣
Drew brought up a good point about Men's insecurities about providing and a Woman's insecurity about being worthy of love. Like, that makes so much sense. You see those insecurities in relationships all the time and tiktok doesn't help that lmao

She takes video of me snoring. "oh.. it's cute" NO, it's me snoring. I spend a lot of time smoking meat on our pellet grill. I provide. I love my wife.
I haven't taken a picture of someone sleeping. I've woken up to my boyfriend at the time watching me sleep, which I thought was cute then. Now, creepy. My body had the physical reaction to wake up.

@@IWantToPetYourDog if you trusted them enough to quite literally cum in your bed with you, what’s the big deal if they took some time to admire you? Y’all’s generations screwed young lady, as a man, clearly older than you I’ve made major decisions while gazing upon my loved ones sleeping. For me, seeing them while having no responsibility soothes me and gives me confidence, I feel like I could take on the whole world or cuddle up and go to sleep in those moments. In my opinion if a guys not staring at you sleep sometimes that probably indicates his thoughts of you end at the door 🤣
I take picture of my guys when they’re sleeping and I can honestly say it’s because they seem much sweeter and more angelic and you want to remember them that way.
I think it’s them knowing it’s the only time they have any actual power over us because we are in a vulnerable position 😂
Dude I used to watch you all the time and seeing how far you’ve come with your stutter is so cool
I took pictures of my kids sleeping. My daughter would get furious. She said it was creepy. We see you, and you look so happy and content. It feels our heart, and so we need a picture.
Aw. She loves you. ❤😂
I thought my previous partner was SOOOO fuggin adorable when he was asleep, couldn't help but capture the moment a couple times 🥲
My husband used to do that to me for like the first 2 years we were together. It drove me nuts!
She just loves the innocence and you
Because that looks cute and innocent
I do this😂😂😂😂feeling judged by still laughing
I always take pictures of my guy sleeping. But its usually because him and our dog look ridiculous (albeit very comfy) while doing so. I always show him later though. 🤷♀️
"women have cute aggression. Men just have aggression" "it goes past love to wanting to kill you"... WHERE'S THE LIE???? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I had an old girlfriend do this to me one time. It was a little weird. Didn't know what to think about it.

@@IWantToPetYourDog bruh..... I didn't think about that.... I don't know man at this point I don't know. Maybe it's better that she's an ex now
If she takes pictures of you when you're sleeping and says "It's for the memories.", does that mean she's either not going to sleep with you anymore or that she has a more obscure plan? Because she doesn't need these memories if she's going to sleep in the same bed as you for the rest of your marriage.
You look so innocent sleeping and it's cute, sure takes it to show her friends how cute you are. Same reason parents take sleeping kids pictures
Us gals have always been unhinged.
For why 😂😂😂😂😂
She's fantasising about when she buries you (not you, me)...and so am I.
My wife has told me about "wanting to crawl inside you" so the wearing skin comment is so real lmfao. To be fair though, I'm the nocturnal one who sometimes takes pictures of spouse sleeping. We're weirdos made for eachother I guess ❤
I took sleeping pics of my bf who is also a short king. I think its a short king thing because i never did that with the taller ones.
🤣🤣🤣
My wife does this too...wtf
For me I want to remember how they looked sleeping next to me and, in my case lol, how i would wake up before him and see him so comfy and sweet. he also doesnt like if i take random pictures when he is awake.. so sssshhh let me be creepy
You are lucky that is what she does.... She loves you very much, me however, even if I loved him, would do far worse while he slept. Ohhhhh the fun we could have 😂😂😂😂😂
But…… I wanted to see the pictures! 😔
I'm a woman and I find that really creepy what she's doing. I don't think she'd like it if the roles were reversed.

That’s funny! I’ve seen one man do this! Karl Cook did take snaps of his then wife Kaley Cuoco in the most unfortunate sleep poses/funny faces, etc THEN he posted them to social media!! What a dweeb! He wonders why he no longer has her as a wife!! Duh…. I don’t get this either. I like my husband to know when I take his photo…tell him he’s lookin’ good. They don’t go to social media either. There’s only one reason I would wake up my husband…and it ‘ain’t’ for pics😉😍!! lol
The only time taking pics of an adult or teenager while they're sleeping is fine (imo), is when they're asleep with something cute sleeping with them, like a pet or small kid. I took some pics of my now ex sleeping with our first kitten asleep on his head. That was cute. Taking a pic of just him sleeping...creepy. Of course, when I was a teenager my father took pictures of me sleeping and looking horrible. CREEPY AF!!!!!!! It's very situational.
Is it rude to ask what happened to his stutter? Its been years since ive seen him.
You are clearly perfect for each other 🩷
Maybe she was literal bout her "body count".
😂😂
yaaaaaa no........that's way too creepy to do....No offense to your wife......but that's too much. And not all of us do that "finding out if he's cheating" crap.....cause that means there's trust issues.
Honesty listening to this made me feel uncomfortable... '>.>

In case people read my long-ass response lol, here’s a disclaimer: I am one person, my experience is limited and my opinions are subjective. Yeah, Drew says “women can be so weird, isn’t femininity laughable,” but in this same video he also says “men can be so weird, isn’t masculinity laughable.” I’m in my mid twenties and over the past several years, as I meet more adults irl, I’ve seen that a lot of (straight) women ARE insecure about being worthy of love and that a lot of (straight) men ARE insecure about being able to provide. Like maybe I’m over-analyzing the bit or projecting, but the final third of the video pretty directly asks “isn’t it messed up that these gender roles have so much sway over so many people’s lives?” To an extent, I agree with your comment if we’re talking about the sentence at 3:07 “ladies, men do not see what you see when you take a photo of us asleep.” To go from the statement “my wife photographs me in my sleep,” and then imply that women photograph their sleeping partner (more than men do) is sexist. But despite that one sexist sentence, the second half of the video still communicates a clear message: if gender roles put pressure on us in ways that can harm us, we can work to grow past the harmful aspects of those gender roles. Sorry for the long response to a short KZread comment, I care a lot about this shit.

@@BM-gp8zn I agree that he was joking about / ridiculing gender roles which is overall good, but I think the generalization to talking about 'all women' and their 'men' doesn't account for how vastly the gender roles and struggles vary across diverse identities. I'm lesbian and the pressure of both having to provide and not being enough are pretty overwhelming - just as an example. The effects of gender roles go beyond just 'women vs. men' and play into other identities (even including privilege, upbringing, etc... maybe that's what the og comment abt stereotyping was getting at ?)
