And you have some of the best gardens in the world, surely.

I live about 10 minutes away from Sissinghurst and love it there! So much inspiration. And I have always felt that your gardening style is similar- very abundant planting and lots of rooms 🥰 It has definitely been an early spring for us here. Looking back at my photos of my garden from previous years, I’d say about 2 weeks ahead. Love your content! 🤩

How delightful to see Sissinghurst from your perspective Claus; it’s really interesting to me how different people focus on different aspects & anyway I love hearing your commentary on just about anything! 😍 Your voice has the most mellifluous tone & even if I wasn’t interested in gardening I’d enjoy hearing you 😊 It’s also lovely to see your comparison of the flowering times between the two countries & always to see how your garden looks today. I would love to know what you bought from the Chelsea Flower Show & any ideas you brought back with you too. It almost blows my mind when I see the show gardens on TV & I have Adam Frost’s book, which details how he designed & built each of his Gold Medal 🥇 gardens there. The level of detail that goes into them is incredible - sadly I don’t have anything like enough patience to do something like that, although I’d love to design one myself & then turn up after someone else has finished building it!! 😂 Thankyou as always for another lovely film 👏🏻

1:41 I would agree with that statement, though I think it only applies to the south. Up north our roses I'd say are at about the same stage as yours.

I saw plants at Sissinghurst, like Dictamnus (Gas Plant) and Lunaria (Money Plant), that I used to grow but no longer have.
