I love this game for its sense of balance and the way it takes the best traits of each character throughout their iterations without making them broken or excessively under powered.

TJ / Henry Yoshi This game could use some balance work tbh, you have characters like fox and falco who have guaranteed kills at low percents from throws, characters like ichigo and marth who are so fast with so much disjoint brawlers cant get in. Theres a big power gap between high tiers and mid tiers that never gets addressed and has mostly got worse.

I have loved playing Zelda ever since I first picked up sm4sh 3ds. When I saw hew pull off the elevator combo in the SSF2 release trailer, it was clear to me that SSF2 cared about designing her viably. (Something that I can not say the same for any other smash game until sm4sh: even then being a failed attempt)

Dude, the moment i dound she could do the elevator combo, it was insta main for me. I main her from pm but she is still fun to use. The only thing i hate about her are her fucking SHORT LIMBS! WHY ARE HER ARMS SO SHORT?

This is a bit difficult, but here I go with my list: 10. Mega Man-I find him to actually be better than his Smash 4 counterpart, perhaps because he can charge the Mega Buster for longer than he could in 4, but I think he's very much unique and I love the various weapons he uses, even the ones that were recycled from Smash 4 9. Goku- I never took any issue with the anime characters in this game, and part of why I like Goku is that you can charge the Kamehameha, and the down special being Kaio Ken. His Ki Blasts are also wicked fast and I think he's just very powerful. 8. Mario- Mario has been odd with me and Smash. I didn't like him that much in Melee or Brawl, yet I like him in 64, 4, and this game. A huge plus for me in this game is that Mario has his old down special from 64 and Melee (I don't like FLUDD). 7. Sora- I love how combo heavy he is. 6. Tails- I've always loved Tails when I first played 9b and I still think he's great in Beta. I am disappointed that they changed his up smash, though. 5. Fox- Fox has always been a character I've loved when I started playing Smash 10 years ago when I got Brawl. He's usually either one of my mains or secondaries in each game. Part of that may be because I'm a big StarFox nerd, though. 4. Luffy- Luffy is a unique type of fighter in that he's a grappler, a fighter type that's never been in Smash Bros before. And I think he's fun because of that. 3. Sonic- Sonic's also usually one of my favorite fighters to play as in Smash. I love how fast he is and a lot of his moves. Part of why I like him in SSF2 is his side special. I think I just like it not being another Spin Dash. 2. Falco- Falco is awesome. He was one of my mains in the games he's playable in. 1. Naruto- I love how he plays and I do legit like charge the standard special. HONORABLE MENTIONS: Pit Meta Knight Isaac Lloyd Luigi Captain Falcon Link

3 of my mains were on that list, and you used 3 of the same colors that I use, like Blue Sora, Blue Bandana Dee, and Cyan Yoshi. My other main is Chibi Robo. Nice video. Keep it up!

YES, Megaman is such a good character in SSF2. Although his Grey Saw-blade form is mostly useless since people can... you know... jump. And the rest of his forms and his basic form can take much better advantage of the moments when people touch the ground.

my top 5: captain falcon (his combo game and move set just is so satisfying) link (i like using his bombs, arrows, bomb arrows, boomerangs and down air) marth (his moves just make him seem like he has so much more range than the opponent, i love it) falco/fox (making myself play like if it was melee (i dont play melee) is really fun and intense) black mage (really unique, i love every single one of his moves.)

My favorite to play in beta is Ness. Loved playing him since Smash 64 not gonna stop now, though I wish he had Smash 4's PK Thunder.

1.Black Mage because original moveset 2.Luigi, my favorite character. 3.Marth, he's very good and he's from my favourite series, Fire Emblem. 4.Cpt Falcon, I like F Zero and knees 5.Ichigo, Discount Cloud 6.Ness, feels good to play 7.Bowser, I get rekt by cpus but who cares 8.Pit, another favourite character 9.Link, because Link 10.Pikachu.

I love luffy for the dair it’s so fun to hit especially since of battle field you can hit someone on ledge from on stage so that’s nice.

I remember in a live stream you asked for what we thought was the weakest characters someone up Yoshi but Yoshi takes time to master

Imma approve of that My hero music and black mage. He is a bit underrated.

I also like sora a lot, i agree with u that he is really unique and they should put a sora-like character, or sora himself, into real smash games

Goku is awesome... i love kaio-ken x2 and instant transmission especially instant transmission cause after you do up+heavy you can do any direction and like teleport right in front of them also its a really good attack

My favorite character is Princess Peach because of the auto-float cancel and the combo game that comes with it.

Yo i remember when blackmage was first put into the game , i dont remember how you unlocked him , i was doing it just by playing with computers, you had to defeat him at his stage, good times

Captain Falcon all the way! But I've picked up Pikachu recently as a secondary and I'm really enjoying him too.

Personally,i didn't play many characters so i can't make a top 10,but i can do a top 3 : 3 : Marth 2 : Pit 1 : Sora Now,i know they are sowrdfighter-esque,but i really like playing as them. I do pretty well with Marth,but i never counter at the right time. I do my sister's strategy for Pit (And Dark Pit in Smash 4) : SPAM ARROWS (If someone get close i use melee attacks to eject them or if they have enough percent for me to kill them i move in for the kill) As for Sora,just before watching thuis vid,i found a combo where you land 2 or 3 N-airs.

My favourite is black Mage as I like standing in corners and sniping people with meteors

If I could like twice for Bowler liking all three of the characters I consider mains (Black Mage, Sora, and Naruto), then I would.

my main is probably Isaac he such a fun character to play,and he has so many combos

Also black mage got nerfed from 0.8 mostly his side B/special one its not a line now it’s just a sing dot further away and 2 it does less of an animation and less damage just wanted to let you know

that's the amazing about this game: every character is great! I think my best character is Tails (yes, i'm serious), but the other furrys are pretty damn good as well (i prefer Falco against Fox). There's also the best Mr. Game in a Smash game, a super broken Bowser (even after the updates), Pit, Isaac (why nobody likes him?), Mario (always) and, belive it or not, Sandbag: if you learn the tech after the Up B you are virtualy undestructable...

Kirby is my main (yellow and green), I just wish he was a bit faster and had more options to get in (looking at you forward air you need more hit frames) Bowser for the fast paced insane combo game that no one expects Yoshi is fun as hell Luigi is fun as hell Waddle dee for beating marths because fuck marth Black mage is one of my favorite characters in a smash gane ever, he's so unique and interesting DK for expanding on people at high speed (his massive hands getting hit is annoying though)
