In this video I explain my stick technique. It is basically the Push-Pull Technique I use.
Жүктеу.....

You’re a great teacher. Broke it down, slowed it down, sped it up, perfect camera work.

Clear explanation and great demo. Thanks! btw: love that practice pad. I think it's an old HQ Real Feel gum rubber pad. As practice pads go I love the sound of that one. Too bad they stopped making them. 😢

Would you play para-diddles or any kinda diddles using the push pull technique or just normal stick rebound without using fingers?

It depends on the tempo. The faster I play a diddle the more I depend on rebound and less fingers are involved.

I just use it all the time (except if its sounds better without it)

How have you gone this long in your life thinking wrist is pronounced risk? I can’t get past it. I’m sorry to say but it’s really super weird, man. I recommend you learn how to pronounce wrist if you want people to take you seriously. Sorry. Not trying to be mean but it was so odd it distracted me from catching anything else you said. I kept saying over and over again in my head “is he saying RISK?”
