    Jokes aside.. Mr. Loo is a good man... He gave many, free advices on how to invest in stocks or when to invest into S&P500. His method is suitable for people who prefers lower risk. Eric method also works but different people prefers different method. There are many ways to get to financial freedom, just find a way suitable to oneself. Just like if Eric willing to open up his mind further and explore further, he may find more property investment opportunities elsewhere too. But like myself, we have fear to explore beyond our comfort and knowledge zone.

    Its a good you brought up Mr Loo, imo he is doing the 1m65 is too religious and he definitely have his own huge fansi and you can do a colab with him and do a 1 on 1 on youtube and I think go viral because his perspective will be opposite. Your advice to him will probably benefit him more than you. Im looking forward to watch that.

    Mr Loo is so deeply engrossed with accumulating wealth that he plans to live to 100 yrs to make up for SA closure. But can anyone forsee our own longevity? Ppl may die fr terminal illness, accidents, stroke, cardiac arrests. Good health is the ultimate wealth. 😊

    There are a few caveats here: using child's name to buy property, means the child will have no chance to apply for bto/buy resale etc. Using the past 3 yrs growth rate to assume future growth is a huge assumption. Especially since we all know the past 3yrs growth has been positively affected by many abonormal factors.

    Eric is a property guy... understandable to me that he is biased towards property... no issue... just dun wrongly influence singaporeans into believing your gains projection by looking at past growth... past performance is not indicative of future... there is no iron clad reason supporting this... to each his own...

    Lots of work on you to do what u love to do however I don’t think u r comparing Apple to Apple as in Mr Loo’s landed property in JB to your advice on buying a $1M condo or de-couple to buy 2 $1M condos to rent out. Don’t think Mr Loo will decouple. He prefers a no hassle $4.6 monthly income from CPF than $4K from rental. Withdrawing his OA n selling his HDB to a tune of $3.1M , he might b able buy a fixer upper landed property in Sg but left no money for renovation, property rich,cash poor. Majority of Singaporean will retire in Sg “okayly” ”but one cant fault others in choosing to retire elsewhere. ..sad tho.😂

    This kind of fella like Loo better don't follow. 50 over yrs old already still HDB and still boast he brought a JB landed. He was those that was NOT affected by ABSD when it was implemented in 2011 then. He did not strike when the 'iron was hot' when he could. If he did, he could forget what was in his CPF or what are the change of rules happening there If he had took Eric advice in his 30s or 40s he could well be owning a HDB and even a landed semi D in Singapore!     Why r u so nice to do a free consultation for Mr CPF? Pls do for me instead. That Mr CPF bought a property in MY and then announce that he will have SGD4.6k monthly for retirement, which translates to about MYR16K monthly. Is he trying to invite robbers to himself when he retire in MY. 😂

    You should keep the terrace and buy a few condos to collect rental. Get a bigger house and all your funds will be locked into one asset...
