My Process Of Learning a New Programming Language Over 7 Days
Ғылым және технология
I've been coding for 6 years now and have never learned one of the most popular programming languages in the world. I decided to change that. So in this video, I learn as much about python as I can in 7 days, and along the way demonstrate my step-by-step process of learning a new programming language.

This person and those who agree with him won't learn anything. Don't be like this person. Think of how you can try to learn it, do it, and stop making reasons for why others can and you can't. May you all be blessed while looking to improve yourselves.

Great stuff this. Straight after learning python, I am going to go into the deep end and learn C++.
Good to know!! ❤️ Awesome!! saved
I do have to agree with the part where if you learn one language it can translate to other languages fairly well. Next challenge learn a programing language in 6hrs :D
he puts lot effort to his videos , and they are amazing & informative
This was a very informative video! Go Python!!
really helpful video, thanks.
im still learning , i know the basic syntax but when i try out challenges , i often time dont know how to solve it , but when i see solutions im like wait thats it ? that makes a lot of sense . Note this is also my first programming language .

How did you pass the interview? Didn’t they ask you a algo and data structures question?
While problem solving on leetcode or any other platform, do you google a specific part where you get stuck, like not the solution but suppose you wanna convert a string to a list of characters ? [I know how to do that but just an example] So do you google such things ? If not what Is your process to solve problems ?
@merlin9702
2 жыл бұрын
Yeah just google it, programming isn't about memorizing all the words. On the other hand you could write that string split function yourself if you don't already know how those work. That way you have 2 puzzles in 1 :D I couldn't tell you how to split a string in php even though I look at php almost daily. Coming from someone who has been programming for the past 10 years, 3 of those professionally.

Wow!
Python is so underrated using it as a programming language. I might switch and do my backend with it instead of java.
Wait... I recognize that music at Day 7...
Bottom line is don't get discourage by this, because the creator of the video should have mentioned that he most likely did programming in different language(s) before, so it's a really easy learning curve for him. Nobody can truly learn first programming language really well in 7 days. Nobody. There is so much more beneath the basics that takes decades to learn. And I bet he took really way more than 7 days for his first programming language. So yeah, if you are reading this and things still don't make sense after 7 days, IT IS NORMAL! Just don't give up for few months and you got this.
