How to slow it down? The froth doesn’t show up until I tilt a lot and then it automatically speeeds

you don’t integrate the foam enough then. there shouldn’t be any pure milk left in your jug

For me, I can't get the milk to crema ratio correct. My coffee is always about to overflow before the milk gets thick enough to create art

Thats why i only really ever do hearts when its busy. You physically dont have time when you have a queue out the door and its not gonna stop during the lunch rush

After steaming the milk, The cream separates from the milk, and the cream falls first and at the end only the milk remains, what am I doing wrong? The same thing always happens.

Sounds likes maybe you're putting too much air into the milk? Or maybe letting the milk sit too long after you steam? Swirl it or decant into another pitcher to reincorplrate it. But yeah sounds like an issue when you're steaming
