My Pancreatic Cancer Journey: Liver Health Yoga Poses to Fight Inflammation & my Metastasis (Nov 23)

Hello, my scan in August showed some new liver inflammation. I think I know the reason why I got this and neither my oncologist, radiologist nor I think it is cancer. I used these yoga moves to help me. I am still in the process of producing a scan update video and I’m very sorry it takes me so long to get these things together!!! I did have one ready to go but I’ve been advised no video should be over 4 mins, and I should do little videos more often so it is more manageable. This is right so I’m completely redoing everything I’ve just worked on. I’m doing good generally healthwise v cancer so please don’t worry.
Hope this is of interest in the meantime.

Morning Lucy. Fantastic to hear you appear to be in good spirits. Did you get your results back from August of last year ? If so, how were they. Has the cancer reduced in size again or does that particular situation remain the same/stable ? Also this video is very helpful too myself. I have chronic pancreatis and a severely fatty liver. Well when I say I have a severely fatty liver I followed a Keto/Carnivore diet and after my last MRI my fatty liver had reduced significantly in fat to the point of just small patchy areas, so all good there. Anyways great too hear from you and hopefully you'll let us all know of your progress. Moonie. X

Hi Moonie, Thanks so much for the kind message and checking in on me! It's lovely to hear from you and I'm so glad you found the video helpful. You're a real example of resilience and taking control of your health! It's fascinating carnivore and keto is working well for you. Re your question, you're absolutely right - August's scan results came back okay: the cancer hasn't grown however, there were a couple of tiny new areas inflammation in both my pancreas and liver. It's not a straightforward explain and you'll understand why when you finally see the separate video on this. I did make one but I've thrown it in the bin and am starting again because it was too long. I've been given a new rule of 4 mins max on videos.Anyway, thanks for watching and best wishes Lucy
