when i started watching this i thought that michael had hired adam just to film, but as i kept watching it seems more like a friendship than a partnership honestly. even tho you can see the differnce in the money adam is making compared to michael, michael doesnt treat adam like hes worth less than him, he treats him just like he would a close friend. really inspiering to see that.

You have got to be one of the most genuine and kindest person ive ever seen . For as far as one can say that about someone he only sees on YT ofcourse.... Dont be offended when i say this...but 999 out of 1000 times , people with alot of succes , money etc. are VERY different. But i bet that even though you are able to buy the world...you and me could sit in an ordinairy bar and have a proper laugh. @@jakeclifford1703 lol same thing I was thinking he should of at least given an estimate. Maybe he should've said it the way Micheal did. He should've said (their about 38 to 40 feet high). That would've made him look more professional specially since he called Micheal to show him the house. Also since he asked Micheal to go see it and told him that it's Micheal's style of house. I'm not speaking bad about him that is just a small detail that he should've had covered. He's very chill and very nice he's letting Adam and Micheal conversate without interrupting them with something else. He just gets into the conversation which it is a good thing to have a great vibe with someone whom he's trying to sell the house to.

Adam, you need to adjust the volume of your B roll music. I've watched many of the videos you and Michael have done and the same issue persists. The volume when people are talking and the volume of B roll music is not at the same level. So, when the video cuts to B roll you scramble to turn down the volume because the music is way too loud.

There was a Reddit thread discussing what differentiates a true "mansion" from a mcmansion or large house. Basically, a real mansion will have rooms in it with functions not normally associated with a house. So here, the salon room, back kitchen, wine cellar/game room, maids quarters, and theater.

1609 seems like a great house number. The outdoor view is wonderful and the pool is party ready. Nice place Michael! I, normally, don't drink either....if at all other than champagne! That's only been recently as a trend of completed inspiration like men do with expensive cigars....I guess you would say. Keep producing wisely🥰🍾.

If i had this kind of money, i would definitely buy this house. It's by far the best one you've done a walk through on. Love this house. Wow!

A little Tipp for your Cameraman : Please buy him a Camera with internal Stabilizer or a Gimbal. To see him wander around the house is kinda exhausting to watch. Besides that: What a great House ! And the View ! WOW !

I loved how you were able to snatch the black diamond bracelet worth $19,500 to $15,000 and finally down to $14,500. After which I became an overnight fan. This is the second episode that I saw was your watch collection which you picked up from Chase bank love how you explained each and every watch on that episode as though you were in my own words an expert watch connoisseur. Your videos don't just inspire me, it actually makes me want to work and succeed in life and become a go-getter. I'm from the Philippines where life is quite difficult at the moment. Would love it if you can do a feature on how to achieve success in life quite a serious topic. But if there would be an expert I believe that would be you just from my own personal standpoint.
