I bought myself a Smith-Corona (I think) portable in 1958 when I was 12 years old, and I taught myself to type on it. As for this keyboard -- I WANT ONE!!!

It's ticks MOST of mine, I would even be willing to pay the price, if it had the authentic typewriter clicks. This one sounds more like a 90s keyboard than a typewriter. *Forgot to ask: have you tried the FINEDAY typewriter keyboard?

Does it work with Windows 10 pc? such as the volume and scroll controls

Good question and the answer is: I don’t know. I use an iPad as my daily driver and haven’t touched a Windows PC in a long time! A quick look around the internet found me this article which suggests it does - www.forbes.com/sites/marksparrow/2024/04/14/qwerkywriter-the-keyboard-for-every-budding-hemingway-out-there/?sh=62bb24f747b8 And the QwerkyToys website suggests it works with Windows too. Maybe best to send them a message with your specific question to be sure.

Can the lever be removed ? To not get in the way of the esc key ?

I don’t believe it can (plus it would ruin the aesthetic don’t you think?! 😎). It’s not too much of an issue when you get used to it.
