Given what I said isn't clear enough. The girlfriend of OP's son became desperate to get with the dad (she fortunately never did) and was put into therapy. OP's daughter asked her friends if the dad ever did anything to them and apparently (in a subtle manner) he sexualized them all.

Imagine finding out your wife has been cheating on you for 6 months and has no remorse. Then, having your lawyer and therapist tell you to leave, and you stay thinking you can "save" her. On top of that, the man she is cheating with calls to put you in your place, and you do nothing. It's no wonder she has no respect. You don't even respect yourself.

Story 1: She's following in mom and dad's footsteps. How sweet. Should leave that homewrecker and let everyone know that the apple landed directly under the tree.

Exactly. My heart hurts for OP's kids; I predict that, when OP's kids hit their teens, they'll disappear on/go full NO CONTACT with their mother and her AP to couch-hop at friends' houses, next, at 17, the son will stay with a girlfriend who lives with her mother and stepfather, only to produce a kid with her, and drop out of high school, then, move with his girlfriend to another state to stay with her bio-dad and STB-stepmother, get his GED certificate, and marry his girlfriend, at 18, and the daughter hits 18, she'll stay with/marry a boy who's a cheater, just like the mother is, and become homeless with a baby on the way, flee to another state, (because she's scared that her husband will take her baby away from her, with the help of the mother and her AP), find a cheaper apartment in a safe neighborhood, work two jobs to support herself and baby as a single mother, and ask neighbors to babysit for her, because she won't have OP or other relatives in her new state to come to her aid; all the daughter and her baby will have is each other.⚠️

Story 1: I don’t know why men and women stay after discovering their partner cheating. Especially one where the partner goes on to show no remorse or even regret. Story 2: poor girl, she was obviously groomed under the guise of mentoring. What kind of father cheats with his son’s girlfriend, he’s going to be fucked in the divorce with all the evidence of the affair. He should also never expect a relationship with his kids, guy burned bridges. Story 3: op’s wife most likely wanted kids because that’s what’s she’s been told the end goal of life is. Job, house, 2-3 kid, and husband but know she has all this responsibility she rather push it onto someone else. Redditors really try and armchair psycho-analysis, then say it’s op’s fault like wtf.

I have no sympathy either. This guy went on Reddit. Told the story of his wife cheating. Gave details about interaction with her and about the evidence. You and I know Reddit told him to divorce the sl×t. Get a lawyer, take her for everything. Did he listen, follow through on any of the advice. He had 1 consult with a lawyer. Even the lawyer told him it would end in divorce. Instead,he stayed and tortured himself. Comes back to Reddit whining. Nope, forget you. You've already proven that you're just looking for sympathy. You're not looking to get your life on track. I don't doubt that he'll get F'd in the divorce because he's to weak to nail her.

It's beyond dispicable. I hope OPs lawyer gets an investigation done. Find all his secrets. Expose Everything. I don't believe that "nothing happened" with the son's GF before she became legal. OPs son being so "mature" and calm about this is actually very scary. He's not reacting/behaving normal. OP and her family need to keep a close eye on him. This is dangerous. All 3 need therapy. OP should notify All the family, his and hers. Give his family some of the proof,if they don't believe her. I have to say that in that situation,I know my son would go after his Dad. My daughter as well. He would end up hospitalized,at the least.

I'm jot saying she should go back. but that also doesn't i have to sympathize with someone who still chooses to have kids and just up and abandons them. i get she was peer pressured but at the same time she a grown ass woman who can think for herself. she got the courage to abandon them. she should've had the courage to say no.

@@HeoBaby24 “she is a grown ass women and she can think for herself” not always the case in abusive marriages also if she decided to keep the kids, she would’ve resented them and hated them and they would be growing up in a loveless and emotionally unavailable household atleast the father loves those kids and will be able to give them what they want

Did you abandon your kid and partner? Do you have any contact/interaction with your kid? Without knowing your situation,no one can say if you're a dead beat. If you're asking in general. Can a woman be a dead beat? Yes,they can.
