    Does it have to be a bike? Can i use elleptical machine or just walk?

    It doesn't have to be a bike. It can be any exercise. I use bike because that's the easiest thing for me early in the morning that I can do at high intensity and don't have to worry about injuring myself.

    Indoor bikes are great and take up a lot of room in studio apartments. I need to move. Into a home. An actual house.

    Maybe a rebounder will a better idea. I have never seen you getting into that alternative which does a lot for our health within just 10 to 15 minutes. Plus is a fun way to exercise making it more appealing.

    Best is to go for a walk after dinner and take advantage of the red light and start producing melatonin to live a circadian rhythm.

    She's gonna look the same with a bit more wrinkles 🤷🏽‍♀️ It's called fitness- he who rests, rusts. And who says that she doesn't enjoy moving her body? Would you rather be able to be fit at 60 or walk with a cane because you didn't keep muscle mass and well oiled joints?

    She will look 1000x better than the majority who neglect their health, thus getting so much more out of her time in that beautiful body. How many women in their 30s have abs like that? Kids or no kids, I've seen it either way. It can be done! Effort to happiness, until the day your soul leaves the body
