use a plastic whisky to avoid your non-stick pots from getting scratched. I loved the recipe they came out great and delicious..

Can I make this dough? And then put it in the refrigerator and let it rise over night

Hello! Thank you for watching Yes you can put it in the fridge overnight, but make sure when you need to use it, you take it out of the fridge with ample time to bring it room temperature. Hi! I've just check with the recipe that u posted, for the chocolate glazed, is stated 25 grams - chocolate chips, but in the video you said is 2 ounces, means 56 grams. So is 2 ounces ( 56 grams ) or 25 grams ?

Sorry about that, yes it is 56 grams chocolate. My apologies but I hope this recipe still works for you. Depending on the thickness of the glaze you can adjust the amount of chocolate chips and the cream
