While smoking the shinwari, is the pot actually on low heat itself or its just the smoke from the coal in the center?

This looks really good! Can I add gelatin for more stability though?
Thank you! I wouldn’t recommend adding gelatine. The stability in this mousse will come from the whipped cream. If you add gelatine you will end up with a very thick and dense mousse. We want to keep it light and smooth. 😀 I hope this helps. Much love and have a good one

Name of dish is honey chipotle chicken but where is chipotle chili you mention name but no single use of chipotle items why are you making people fool
Substitute the paprika for chipotle. As suggested in a previous comment. You can adjust it to your liking.

Why powdered sugar and not just brown sugar?
