Ive been loving every new episode of this season too! This is this first time in a while that a day doesn't go by where I think about the next episode/chapter of a release.

Finally. The anime catches up to the potentially best part of the manga. I have high hopes for the direction they've chosen for producing the visual and story this season. Definitely 👨‍🍳's 👄 compared to their previous seasons of buildup and filler. Liked the video as always. :)))) can't wait for more

I think you're ignoring the fact that it's solely because of all of that buildup and character development over five seasons that you called boring that this current arc works anywhere near as well as it does. If they threw this at us in season 3 or 4 it would've been shallow and uninteresting. Hell, if they did this before even the MVA arc it wouldn't have worked. This show isn't always action packed, but it is very well paced.

For the first war yeah, lots of plot points built up and had their natural resolution, but for the 2nd war they pull so much out of their ass like The Edgeshot heart thing-

I agree he’ll be stronger but I still don’t think he’s there yet. All might straight up brought crime to it’s all time low, almost by himself. Deku just ain’t there yet but he will surpass Al might for sure.

Yes but that’s in the manga, not the anime. That probably won’t be shown in the show until season 7 or 8.

We instantly move to the next arc, which i dont want to spoil for the audience. The manga is not far at all at this point Warning, spoilers down there, manga material . . . . . . .. . . . . .. . . . . . I have a feeling that the season will end with deku returning to his classmates, in the post war era

LOL this video is so good

People were giving Studio Bones shit on making the quality not as good as the manga. First off animating is an entirely different animal than delicately sketching a still image. You can put as much detail as you want and not have to worry about trying to duplicate it upwards of at least ten times. And second of all, animating. Takes. TIME. The fan base is too impatient to expect anything below their preference. I completely understand why animators would suddenly drop the quality below that of the manga. That shit takes time, and they have a schedule to keep. Give the folks at Studio Bones the respect they deserve.

@@zmetroplayz2456 Bakugo's scene was fine in terms of relaying the emotions Izuku and Bakugo feel. A slide show of all their history as well as a grown up Bakugo reaching for kid Izuku's hand at the riverbank. His regrets over his actions and then they show the result with him being pierced. What I'm more disappointed in is the reveal of Float and following smash barrage. Not only did they use a still frame with absolutely no moving parts as the reveal but when it zooms in on Izuku, his character model is off even though the scene has barely any movement. The zoom in on his face is even worse as it looks nothing like what Midoriya looked like mere minutes ago. They just gave up on making his character model looking decent. The smash barrage is worse with awkward posing, horrible and stiff movements (especially black whip's movement) and, again, character models being off. Black whip's movement is especially noticeable as it's supposed to act as a bungee cord between Izuku and Shigaraki. Izuku can float but Shigaraki can't which means he should be constantly feeling the force of gravity as well as feeling both push and pull as Izuku punches him and pulls him back in. This means that Izuku should be the center force with black whip straightening out when Shigaraki's far away before shortening when Izuku gets close. Instead it's shown as loose even when they're far away. It fails to convey the force that is being applied to both parties involved and makes each smash look weak. Character movement is weak as well with certain shots just being ridiculous. When Shigaraki gets pulled back in for the Texas Smash his body should be bending back severely from the sudden change in force but instead his body is nearly straight with little to no bending other than his arms. Doesn't convey any force, again. Combine that with the constant slow movements instead of fast -> slight pause/slow -> fast again -> pause/slow, Izuku looks like he's pummeling Shigaraki with a goddamn pillow. Most noticeable smash was the wyoming smash with Shigaraki's body barely showing any response to the smashes other than moving down and a slight bend. There's no build up on Izuku's part either with him just being on repeat movement. There should be anticipation for each smash but the awkward posing ruins each anticipation or there's no anticipation at all. Bones had put out at least average animation with occasional god tier animation to key moments such as Mirko vs Nomu, Endeavor vs Shigaraki and the freaking scene where Shigaraki is literally falling out of his tube. Hell the plus ultra prominence burn at the end of the episode was solid with Shigaraki and Endeavor being engulfed in flames. Yet they screwed up arguably one of the best scenes in the arc that shows Izuku's determination in full swing by just giving up on even making it decent.
