Thanks for the feedback Dan. Although i've also ordered mine with the heated grips, i'm also not happy with the cable flex on and off throttle and i think Suzuki could have routed it better!. Regardless it looks fantastic mate! Interested to see your other feedback as you put some more miles in!

My dealer ordered 5 and has had 3 cancelled due to the delivery delays! I’ve ordered reflective blue and had been given end March/ start April, shortened from June, probably due to other cancellations and reflective not being the most popular colour

Thanks for the review but just one thing. Can you pull out the bike manual and tell us what the LOADING weight is that you can add with the side bags installed. See at age 65, my wife and I are a little heavier than we use to be. The earlier naked GSX-S1000, 2016-2021 had a LOADING weight about 419 Lbs. beyond the 462 Lbs. wet weight. With the heavier wet weight of the new GT+ at 498 Lbs. without side bags, what does the manual say about the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating if you add the bags and two people that need to go on a diet? Metric measurements would work just as well. Thank you for your time and effort.

Manual says 420KG (926Ibs) includes pillion, rider and bike accessories which I assume includes panniers……. Max load for panniers is 5KG per pannier

@@bikemaddan9311 Thank you so much for your response. That means a loading amount of 406 Lbs if you have the GSX-S1000GT+ with panniers installed. The math is 498 + 22 = 520 Lbs.. Then 926 - 520 = 406 Lbs.. Which means..., I need to get some lard off between the weight of my wife and myself plus luggage and gear. I thought it would be more since the loading on a naked 2021 Suzuki SV650 is 488 Lbs. which is what I would use around town on short rides for maximum mileage savings. A 2021 Yamaha FJR1300ES has a loading weight of 490 Lbs. on top of it's 642 Lbs. weight. I guess its an excuse to get in shape and not be such a pig. Thanks again for your videos. One thing though..., your voice is a bit fuzzy/gravely on your videos. You could use a better mic. Road and wind suppression is good in the audio and not a problem.

Did you find that you were slightly bent forward, it’s something MCN stated on their review .

Hi Nigel, not that I noticed, I would say I found it as upright as my CB1000r if not more so

Ordered 1st week Oct and more chance of riding Mr f...ing ED! And I'll be one of them cancelling my order and popping down to Kawasaki for a SX1000. I wonder how many people like myself have trips and bike hols booked and paid for during Easter, and like me sold their bike on the strength of this been available last November when ordered in Sep/Nov? Suzuki UK are at fault not the dealers.

The dealers are pulling there hair out waiting for the bikes to arrive……. Only thing I would say is you ordered the bike because it appealed to you and not just for one trip I’m guessing? Getting the Kawasaki will help you for the trip but long term you may end up thinking ‘I wish I waited’……. However I do feel your pain buddy
